Was a nice stay. Enjoyed the patio site. First time I have ever had to pay for early arrival. Does not seem customer friendly to charge for early arrival between checkout and arrival time.

Very nice campground located in a a great little town along the lake. Just a quick overnight but my second time stopping and will again when my travels take me through Ohio.

Grounds are well kept and most of the staff are very helpful. On the other hand the older part of the campground floods during the rainy season, and the roads have some mud holes with little to no gravel in places. The internet and cable systems need updated also.

Everyone was so nice and made sure I had everything I needed. I purchased an item and left it in the office and they were so nice to bring it to my campsite, very thoughtful and I appreciated it. I’ll be staying here again.

Very friendly and nice staff. Only issue we had was we were put in a site that had an underground water pipe broken. When we informed the staff about it we were told they knew anbout it and water to the entire park would need to be turned off to repair. As they knew ahead of time we feel they should’ve informed us or put us elsewhere. It caused some low water pressure and very muddy when dumping

Beautiful spot! Wish we lived closer (Washington State)—we’d come stay for a week and take advantage of all of the fun activities and amenities!

We stayed in site 315, a patio site which was described as having satellite capability. I’ll say that’s partially correct. Our Winegard traveler dish, for Directv, is mounted on the roof of our 5th wheel. After searching for a half hour, it timed out and stowed. The issue was a tree southwest of the site. But we received Starlink with a strong signal.

Our stay was for one night while passing through the area on our way home. We called in the afternoon and the rep was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated. The paperwork was ready and the site was easy in and easy out. The staff was friendly and helpful. We travel with a motor home and tow vehicle. Looks like there are a lot of things to do in the area.

Highly recommend this KOA! My tow vehicle broke down and had to towed to a nearby repair shop. The staff at this KOA were GREAT and worked with me to extend my stay. They checked in with me on a regular basis and went out of their way to make my very unexpected extended stay a wonderful experience. The grounds are well maintained. Highly, HIGHLY recommend spending a couple nights here!!

Excellent stay even though the weather was wet. The staff are all very friendly and doing a wonderful job getting ready for season. It was a bummer though that we payed for amenities and a "holiday" resort...yet nothing was going on within the park as far as actvities during the week.

Only giving this 4 as we were there barely 12 hours and didn't partake in the amenities. Stayed in a deluxe pull-thru site 313 which was spacious. Plenty of space to walk the dogs.

This was our 2nd stay at your campground so we are returning visitors and will come again in the future. The campground is well maintained and grounds are kept well. My son and daughter-in-law rented one of the cabins this time also. It was a cozy little place that made great use of the space. Keep up the great work!

I know it was early in the season, but grounds were really rough and not manicured. Some junky areas. A number of sites with clutter which appear to be a few full timers and seasonal renters. Needs better gravel and drainage in many areas. Staff very nice and helpful. Shower/bathrooms very clean.

Knowing you had a lot of rain, we still expected the pad we were parking on would at least have enough stone that we were not walking in mud .

The staff was very nice and attentive, always ready to assist in any way. The property have plenty of activities. Close to highway I-70, various restaurants and shopping center. However, the property has very poor drainage and floods very badly when a severe rain storm comes through. Some of the lots are in direct flood zones and hook ups will be under water.

It had been a rainy week. The site would have been so much better with more gravel. It was so muddy that my husband slipped an fell while setting up. Really a problem that the campground could have prevented.

Peaceful and quiet. Lots are complete with a cement patio complete with a table with 4 chairs and a pair or adarondak chairs. A light and grill made a wonderful spot if you wanted to cook out. As we were packing up to leave they came and weed eated around the bushes and edge of cement and the tree as he finished another came and blowed all the grass clippings away.We Certainly will go back again

I asked for help clearing my paver block fireplace site along with firewood pricing through the auto text function because I was not at the resort. The messages went unanswered and when I returned with friends to enjoy a fire at my site, the office had a hand written note stating that they were closed. This was prior to three o'clock in the afternoon... My friends were not impressed as was I.

No hot water in the showers and no internet - basically we paid $60 for electric and water - we are full timers and use KOA on the road almost exclusively- we won’t make this stop ever again. Would request a refund but we know it doesn’t work that way sadly.

Very clean campground. Greeted by a friendly staff. We needed a propane refill. The staff picked up and delivered our tank once they refilled it. Very pleased with stay.

The area was experiencing severe weather and flooding. Most staff was pleasant; however the campground was disorganized and unprepared grocery's nor rentals were available. The staff kept giving conflicting information. Due to the flooding we offered to leave early to free up space; but was told that wasn’t necessary; we left early anyway and a staff member told us they needed the space.

Our site was fine. The shower water was lukewarm in the ladies but cold in the men's, not much fun on a chilly evening. We did enjoy a walk by the lake.

Friendly helpful staff. Our site had a nice new Picnic table. Average space between sites for a KOA. Easy off and on the interstate. We have a 40ft 5th and did ok navigating through the campground, but some larger rigs may find it a little tighter in certain areas. We were only in for the night but this KOA seems to have nice amenities.

Love this KOA!!! Tamara and her whole staff was wonderful and really helpful!!! The cabin we stayed in was wonderful and spacious and had a deck with a table and chairs and a gas grill and had a fire pit. I loved the porch swing on the front porch. The staff did an amazing job and made us feel like family. Plenty of trees and a lot to do. When it was time for us to check out we really hated having to leave. Nice part is we were able to get the same cabin again for Labor Day weekend. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! Thank you Tamara and staff for making our stay a great success!!! We'll see you all Labor Day weekend!!!
