New KOA park. All concrete pads. Our site was large and level. Exceptional customer service at check in. Only stayed overnight so didn’t use any amenities but everything looked very clean and well cared for. Would recommend.

The camp was very nice but, it's not dog friendly. You need to install poop bags and a place to get rid of the poop. The people you placed next to us let their two dogs go where ever. Feces carries disease so for that reason alone you need to take action. also, your dog must be on a leash which is a law, a German Shepard off lease charged my husband and dogs [who were on leashes]

Sorry you had bad experience with the guest next to you. we have addressed this to him. We do have dog pods all around the par with trash bags in it and also in K9 park. We appreciate your business and we hope you would give us another chance to serve you better

Very clean but did have a little bit of road noise and pad was very slanted side to side. Staff was extremely helpful with checkin.

Great staff…nice sites….campground new, opening last May. mostly level concrete sites (our patio site was slightly slanted which made it difficult for good sewer drainage….had to counter more than usual). Wifi was great for TV streaming. We enjoyed our visit!

It was a quick visit to Bryan/College Station and I only stayed 2 nights. There were not many RV's here at this time because it is very new. It's a convenient location and I would definitely stay here again.

We usually stay at Great Escapes but decided to try this out. The sites are off-level, there are no picnic tables (we were in the cheaper back sites, but picnic tables should be in every spot), and the pool advertises it is open year-round but Susan told two little boys it was closed for the season (it was 80 degrees), and it is real close to a train track. We will not be returning to this KOA.

Great open campsite. Loved our fire pit and loved how big the pull thru sites were!! We will be back!

We just wanted to visit College Station and saw this KOA passing through. Everything is new, just opened this year. Very clean and we will be going back

Looks brand new! Decent sized spots, nice camp store, well equipped laundry room. They have a fenced in dog run that is clean and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and efficient - we will stay again if in the area.

Beautiful park. I stayed 7 nights when a friend’s boyfriend was in the hospital after a terrible car wreck. I stayed in a tent in spot #1. Only complaint is that for three of the nights, there wasn’t any toilet paper in the restroom across from my tent. And I’m not sure the trash was dumped, sink was cleaned nor actual toilet room was cleaned. I have reservations for the deluxe cabin in May.

This is only the second Koa that I won’t go back to. As a full time Rv’er we spend a lot of time at Koa’s. The sites are so unlevel even with levelling jacks you have to have a stack of blocks for your jacks to work. Utilities are so for apart doesn’t make sense fire pit only has room for chairs on one side can only be used depending on direction of the wind. Not sure if they were cutting

The septic cleanout was too tall even with our hose holder which made it VERY difficult to empty our tanks. There were also very deep ruts that we would almost fall in outside.

Sites were clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy in and out. Site was easy level. Bathrooms and showers were new and clean. Came in for College football game. Great spot.

We celebrated a granddaughters birthday and this KOA could not have been a better KOA to work with. They accommodated many requests and were happy to do so. They are great management and a excellent KOA to stay at!

The only issue was backing in and pulling out in the back couple of rows. The street is too narrow and you have no choice but to drive through a small portion of the grass.

Great place! Nice spacing between sites. Fire pits, chairs and picnic table at each site. Very clean private bathrooms with locks. Super friendly staff.

12th Man cabin was good. A little problem with locking and unlocking front door consistently. Saturday night a lost man knocked on my door at 1AM sent him to front office which I knew no one to help tried to call ahead but koa holiday voicemail box was full so contacted police at 911to do a patrol

The grounds need a lot of work in leveling the grass out and filling in dead patches. The quiet hours do not seem to be enforced; We were woken up 3 different nights by people after 10 PM still outside and being LOUD. I would not recommend the 800 row to anyone, the pads are not built correctly. You walk right out your RV into the grass. Hope it improves across the board soon.

Appreciated having cabin ready early! Maybe a good idea to have printed directions on how to use AC/heating system.

Stayed in cabin. Person on duty was great. Cabin was clean and comfortable and a great stay. Location is only downside due to traffic. Need a better lit entrance at night as it is dangerous to find and a MUCH larger yellow lit up KOA sign. Apple Maps takes you 12 miles north of it when approaching from Bryan. Arrive during daytime is recommended.

Only problem was the site was not level, seemed whole campground was the same, was built this way for proper drainage. Staff very friendly and helpful in letting us borrow blocks to level out our RV. Very new and clean.

Very. vacant as was just brand new. Looked great until you realized all hookups are too far away. Who ever laid it out but all hookups closest to vehicle end of pad instead of trailer end of pad. I had to park with the truck halfway across the street so power cord would reach

Very new camp ground, but over time will get more grass, less mud. Large area and might be able to use another rest/shower house in the back. Good parking pads.

Very new KOA. Good siies but on a bit of a slope. Very quiet. You can tell they are atill building out this place

This KOA was amazing, so clean, wide open spaces, beautiful pool and very clean laundry facilities. The staff was very friendly, we highly recommend this campground! 😊

Really like this brand new park. Very clean & well kept. Definitely built for drainage. We had to put blocks under drivers side tires. We were very happy the sites drained so well since we arrived late during a storm. The general manager met us on arrival & the very nice employee came by to see if we needed any help setteling into our site. Nice pool. We will be back soon!
