Owners are welcoming. Bathrooms are very clean and so is the campground. The pizza is delicious and delivered to your site which is especially appreciated after traveling & setting up. They have a great store and food offerings !

Our Campfire Café has certainly become a people-pleaser, and we are glad to offer espresso coffees for breakfast, to pizza, ice cream and a variety of tasty items in between. It also is the place where we employ many local young people who are often serving our guests as their very first job.

This campground exceeded our expectations! The tent sites are very large and well kept. Each one are in shade. Bathrooms and showers nice and clean and roomy. Lots of activities if you have children. Beautiful grounds to walk around. Having the delivery to your site for ice, wood, pizza my husband was surprised and we were impressed. Customer service was OUTSTANDING! � Be back in September �

Great and friendly staff. Clean cabins. The grounds around the entire place is so well kept, clean, nice flowers, no weeds. Good job!

We are glad you enjoyed our landscaping. We too love providing an astatically pleasing environment by maintaining our garden beds... and Karla and Brenda's mom is looking down from heaven also smiling at the fact that we have no weeds.

Although we were happy to accommodate your last minute, one-night stay, your comment is unfair and highly disappointing. If you are looking for a secluded place during your travels, we recommend something other than our family-friendly campground in the middle of the summer. Safe travels.

Registration process was very easy and the receptionist at check in was very welcoming and informative re: rules and times that amenities were available. The bathrooms were spotless. The showers were very large with lots of places to put dry clothes and toiletries for easy access. All the amenities were in good working order. It was very easy to back into our site.

The staff is amazing. But there were a lot of campers, very close together. The facility seemed to be laid out to ensure pedestrians (especially very small unescorted children) were always walking or riding bikes exactly where the heaviest vehicle traffic is.

We are glad you were pleased with our amazing team members. July is our busiest month of the year and the time of year demands that all vehicles use caution looking for pedestrians (especially children), and all pediatricians use caution looking for vehicles. Safety is everyone's responsibility.

Campground and workers were very nice. This place was kept very clean. I think I seen a worker every 15 minutes making sure the trash was picked up. Only thing I can say needs attention, if you have a large size RV, roads and spots are tight to get in and out on the 2 back rows. I had to ask someone to move their vehicle so I could get out.

We had a great stay. Facilities were clean and up to date. Staff at store was great too. Loved the new pickleball court as well!

We loved the kind, Christian atmosphere! Other pluses are the super well stocked camp store that you don’t find in many campgrounds, the adult hour at the pool, and the fun peddle carts.

We come every year to Coloma/St. Joseph KOA for many reasons' 1st reason the staff at this KOA are above friendly, helpful and all around kind people. If we need anything at this campground, they are right there and smiling to help us. This property is centrally located between Holland, South Haven and Saugatuk and the BEACH - 6 STAR to this KOA

We had the best stay at the Coloma/St Joseph KOA! Our daughters ages 9 & 11 enjoyed the pool, mini golf, jumping pillow, Connect 4, bike rides, and many other activities. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and approachable. We enjoyed campfires and grilled out both nights we were there. Our stay in Cabin DC119 could not have been better, we will definitely be back soon!

Very nice and clean campground!!! My third time here and I have already booked for next year. Staff is very friendly and they keep the park clean!

Deluxe patio was very nice! Patio furniture in great shape, very clean grill, and clean bathrooms. Just wish the weather would have been better! :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great amenities and activities, especially for children. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I liked that there was an adult swim in the evening.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The adult swim time was added during 2020, and maintained to meet at the request of many of our adult guests. Many families with kids have even thanked us for being "the bad guys," so mom and dad can be the "good guys" and can start getting the kiddo settled in for the evening.

The staff at the campground were incredibly kind at all levels. The activities provided were enjoyable and it was clear that the staff wanted inspire fun for the campers. Bathrooms were clean and kept up well, with little touches of “home”-like feelings. And the coffee at the shop was delicious.

suggestion - It would be nice if you offered train rides at a set time everyday. Especially, when it is your busy weeks in the summer, and the park is full of kids!!

We certainly do our best to provide options of self-led and staff-led activities every day, and will consider if we can make the Barrel Train a more regular occurrence.

We absolutely loved our stay here. very well-kept campground. The staff was very friendly and they were on top of the garbage pickup and they even offer food deliveries. I personally loved the prayer box they have set up by the pool. Close to some of the best beaches, you will find on the great lakes. i would recommend this KOA to anyone and everyone.

We are so glad you had a nice time with us, and the service we provide. The prayer box is a personal ministry of one of our team members, and our guests requests are lifted up in prayer. It is a reflection of the genuine love we have for serving our guests and positively touching their lives.

Nice, but… odd small patios on the premium lots. Have spent time in Nashville and Indianapolis recently. They both brought the “A” game.

So far we've tried the glamping tent and the cabin both experiences were amazing! Super clean cozy places to stay. Bathrooms close to sites and well maintained. This place is magical so much for kids and families to do on property jumping pillow, mini golf, fishing, hiking, swimming, pickleball, and checkers. Feels safe to allow kids to just be kids and explore. The staff here is what really puts the icing on the cake. Every single individual working here is such a joy, so king and helpful. This is by far the best camp ground I have ever been to! Hope to make many more memories here for years to come! Truly felt like a vacation!!

Right off US 31 and very easy to navigate to the campground. My husband and I have been to several KOA's and found this a wonderful place to stay. I will be honest when I seen such a high rating, I thought it could not be true. It was! Very clean and all the staff were so nice. I watched as a camper pulled out and had some issues with his electric and an employee came and fixed right then and there. The owner stopped and asked how our stay was, very friendly and chatted with us for a few minutes. We noticed that several sites are being updated. I will not hesitate to stay again.
