We loved staying in Coloma / St. Joseph KOA. The place is beautiful, very well maintained, clean. The only thing we didn't enjoy was how close it was to the highway and railroad and really loud, especially during the night. We loved the little store and food. I wish there was an option for a stronger coffee (I'm ok with paying more for a good, more intense coffee). Other than that, we loved it

There was mouse poop in EVERY single kitchen drawer. I had to wash all dishes and utensils before we used anything. I understand it’s camping, but a deluxe cabin should never have mouse poop in every single drawer.

Our Housekeeping team works hard to prepare every deluxe cabin. We're embarrassed that you experienced this as it certainly does not meet our high standards. To prevent this in the future, we have reinforced our pre-arrival process with the team.

We had a wonderful time and will be back again next year, for more time! We stood in the glamping tents and the bed warmers were a thoughtful upgrade from when we stood last year. The shop is also even better than last year. It was so fun to see an icee machine and convenient to be able to buy a few adult beverages. The coconut, almond, five ice cream was incredible! Also loved how safe it felt.

It was perfect! Everything you could possibly need or want in a campground. The grounds and clean and beautiful. Lots to do. Camp store is well stocked and the food and coffee and ice cream is all wonderful!

Great and friendly staff. Clean cabins. The grounds around the entire place is so well kept, clean, nice flowers, no weeds. Good job!

Campground and workers were very nice. This place was kept very clean. I think I seen a worker every 15 minutes making sure the trash was picked up. Only thing I can say needs attention, if you have a large size RV, roads and spots are tight to get in and out on the 2 back rows. I had to ask someone to move their vehicle so I could get out.

We had the best stay at the Coloma/St Joseph KOA! Our daughters ages 9 & 11 enjoyed the pool, mini golf, jumping pillow, Connect 4, bike rides, and many other activities. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and approachable. We enjoyed campfires and grilled out both nights we were there. Our stay in Cabin DC119 could not have been better, we will definitely be back soon!

Our stay in the new dog friendly cabins was great. It was nice to utilize the dog yard. My only feedback is that it would be nice to have electricity outside since you are not supposed to cook in the cabin.

We had a miscommunication about a gas grill at a Deluxe Cabin, so I was unprepared for charcoal only. The staff was great to bring over a spare grill for us to use. Always friendly and ready to assist.

Very disappointed that the bouncy pillow was out of commission but I understand things happen. Was just extra disappointing because its a big selling point for my kids. Got some "kiln dried" wood that only smoked which set dinner back an hour, but the staff brought us a replacement bundle. Overall, still our favorite place and still thebplace we recommend to everyone.

We understand and share your disappointment. After five years of being well-loved by thousands of kids, our jumping pillow unfortunately experienced a fatal tear. We have now performed a short-term fix, but are pleased to share that a new jumping pillow is on its way!

Only complaint we have is how far the dog cabins were from the bathrooms with a toddler. Loved the delivery service and cafe!

Enjoyed having A/C in our cabin, was hot & muggy a few days. Enjoyed the cabin during a ferocious thunderstorm for sure. Staff was very personable and friendly and helpful. Facility very clean and store well stocked. Super cool they deliver wood, ice & food to your camp sight! Very family oriented and quiet during the night & morning. Perfect size pool for kids. We will be back!

We had a great time in the glamping tent! The glamping tents are right near the pool and close to the restrooms (which were kept clean even during a busy holiday weekend - thank you!). Campground is in a good location close to St Joe and Warren Dunes State Park. We ate at a couple of restaurants nearby that were recommended by the campground and they were really good.

This KOA was our favorite KOA so far. There was so much for the kids to do: basketball, playground, sand area, mini golf, jumping pillow, pool. There was even a little cafe area inside the store to order food. This campground has everything you need. Jennifer was the best, she checked us in.

We really enjoyed the stay. Things that could be improved would be the pots and pans are a bit over scratched. We did not use them. Also, the fridge was warm when we got there.

I was impressed with the accommodation. We had a camping cabin. I was impressed. It was very clean. The air conditioning worked very well and the beds were more comfortable than I expected. The facilities were great and the grounds well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience for my first time staying at KOA.

The campground was very clean and had so many activities such as a great pool, jumping pillow, pickle ball, playground, etc. I LOVED my glamping tent. The heat pads on the bed were a very nice touch for cool nights. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The porch with rocking chairs and fire pi areas were excellent. A little side table next to the rocking chairs would be a nice addition.

My kids and I had an absolute blast. The cabin was fantastic, the grounds were clean and there was so much for the kids to do to be active. They loved the bikes and the pool. They made friends and we only stayed one night! We will be back.

So far we've tried the glamping tent and the cabin both experiences were amazing! Super clean cozy places to stay. Bathrooms close to sites and well maintained. This place is magical so much for kids and families to do on property jumping pillow, mini golf, fishing, hiking, swimming, pickleball, and checkers. Feels safe to allow kids to just be kids and explore. The staff here is what really puts the icing on the cake. Every single individual working here is such a joy, so king and helpful. This is by far the best camp ground I have ever been to! Hope to make many more memories here for years to come! Truly felt like a vacation!!

Right off US 31 and very easy to navigate to the campground. My husband and I have been to several KOA's and found this a wonderful place to stay. I will be honest when I seen such a high rating, I thought it could not be true. It was! Very clean and all the staff were so nice. I watched as a camper pulled out and had some issues with his electric and an employee came and fixed right then and there. The owner stopped and asked how our stay was, very friendly and chatted with us for a few minutes. We noticed that several sites are being updated. I will not hesitate to stay again.
