The RV spot is very well maintained. Wide access to the back in spots. Nice view to the mountains. We had very hot weather and enjoyed having access to a swimming pool.

Totally enjoyed the modern, very clean and well maintained campground and buildings. Loved the guest access to the hotel and casino. Don't play golf, but will return anytime we have the chance. Loved the people.

The pool area at the resort is a nice option. Spray park wasn't working however. Grass has been overtaken by weeds, a lot of thistle. They should see about spraying Par3 for the weeds like the golf course does. The gravel road makes everything very dusty as it is so dry. Not a tree in site so it is very hot. We have been coming here since they opened and it isn't as nice anymore.

Wonderful customer service. Super clean resort! Outdoor heated pool was a bonus!! Will definitely be back! =)

Check in was seamless, and office staff were welcoming,friendly, and very efficient. We just wish the trees planted a few years ago would grow, as most of the camp area is extremely hot in the afternoon. That said, large pull through sites and lots of green lawn helps a lot! Ant the food available at the hotel and golf course restaurants should be a huge draw. Overall, one of the best KOA’s

We enjoyed our stay there. The pool and showers were awesome. Clean and tidy !! Casino was cool and the main building was awesome to explore. It’s close to a lot of interesting adventures as well. Definitely stay again. Staff was great as well. Thanks

This campground has the best customer service of any campground we have ever been to. Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to answer questions and accommodate requests. We also love the huge campsites and the spacious showers. It is great that use of the hotel pool and gym are included. We will keep coming back!

We were impressed with the staffs attitudes and willingness to help. The pool area was great and clean. The RV area was for us was poor. The site we had, #97,the breaker would trip at around 19 amps. Advertised as 30 amps was incorrect. Had to put fridge and hot water tank on propane to keep AC on as it was 35 C. Gravel roads around park meant constant dust . Owners need to buck up .

Journey KOAs are usually pretty basic, in some cases, pretty raw and not all that pleasant. But this place, Crankbrook/ St. Eugene KOA was NOTHING like that at all. It was gorgeous, spacious, green and wonderful amenities. In fact, it did not feel like the usual Journey experience at all. It felt more like a destination KOA, like the lovely KOA Astoria, OR... we were pleasantly surprised

One of the nicest KOAs we've ever stayed in. Sites are large and well spaced, with grass and lots of room. The utilities worked well. The whole place is immaculate. They've done some nice landscaping. We did not use the bathrooms, but the registration area was new and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place!

We stay at St. Eugene as it is the perfect spot. We like to just take our truck & visit friends in Trail. We leave our trailer behind. We wlso like to golf at St. Eugene & play a bit at the casino.

We were there during a wildfire and because of that we had a fire ban which meant no bonfires. Other than that it was great. Nice facility, we got laundry done and grandson enjoyed the play ground.

BEST CAMPGROUND WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The difference was the staff- the camp host was so friendly and informative. You could tell he loves his job and is so proud of the campground. The facilities were so clean and everything was in great shape- obviously from the hard working staff. I didn't pass a staff member who didn't greet me. The pool facilities, games room and play areas were great!

Other than the smoke (no one’s fault of course) we had a wonderful time. The campground was so well maintained and had everything we needed with the added bonus of the hotel amenities. We can’t wait to come back again. �

Paid for 3 nights with full service hook up. We only had power for 1 night. Power failed to our site and you were unable to repair during our stay. We were not offered and alternate site. Very warm and missed our A/C etc. They questioned it could have been my unit. We moved over to Fairmount Hot Springs Resort for 2 nights and we enjoyed full power without any issues

Nice clean organized resort , employees are good to speak to helpful & polite , the manager Richard is great to deal with an asset to your resort , goes over and above the call of duty to help your stay be great. A true pleasure to stay at KOA st Eugene , well done to all!

It was really pretty. We enjoyed being able to use the pool at the resort as it was so hot. My issue was that I paid extra for a “river front” site and the site had absolutely no view of the river at all. The only possible access was walking through big weeds, bushes, etc, and with the mosquitoes that wasn’t going to happen . I would have booked a lesser $$ site that actually had nicer views

Large sites and relatively close to Cranbrook when one needs something. Apparently Canada has restrictions on weed killer, so the landscaping is atrocious, but the facilities are exceptionally well maintained and the staff is very helpful. I don't expect I'll recommend it to my friends for two reasons. It's way off the beaten path for Americans and it's quite expensive.

Great rv sites, well maintained. Laundry facility is very Clean with good machines. Richard the manager is very knowledgeable and accommodates your requests. All the staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Except for the fire nearby, we had a great time meeting up with family. I know the fire was out of your control. Rather than enjoying cooking and eating out during our stay, we went into Cranbrook for most of our meals.

The owners/staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us a 50 amp adaptor to use while there at no charge. The campsite is very clean and the grounds well cared for. Due to smoke we didn't use the pool, hot tub or other facilities but we'll definitely be going back when we can enjoy the outdoors.

We (and our family who were with us) really enjoyed our stay in your campground. The amenities couldn't be better. it is just such a shame that the wildfire happened---especially for the residents of the area concerned---it put a damper on the enjoyment for sure. But, I am sure we will be back soon. Our well wishes go out to the people affected by the fire.

Good staff. Very accommodating. Grounds in great shape. I was surprised that your 50 amp sites did not have 30 or 15 amp connections. Smoke was bad the last night. Hope the fire gets under control quickly

Great campground. Check in error places us in the wrong spot. Map location was marked incorrectly. Other camper was impacted and we agreed there wasn’t an issue for either of is. Morning desk staff member made me feel like we were deliberately cheating and in a spot better than we should be in. He was making an issue as we and the other camper were leaving! Not cool!

This is one of the nicest and cleanest KOAs we have ever been too. We decided immediately upon setting up that we wanted to stay another day. They were very nice and helpful with our request. This Journey is next to a beautiful river. Restaurants, mini golf and some other activities that us 4 old people didn't participate in. I highly recommend this place and if we ever get this way again (I hope we do) we will definitely stay here again!

Campground is very well set up. Nice grassy sites, with good cement picnic tables. Only downside is virtually no trees for privacy between sites. Main clubhouse with 6 showers stalls are super clean. Even has coin operated laundry facilities. Friendly stafff. Will come back again. Tip- look for sites where your awning faces east. Can be strong winds out of west.

Spent 4 nights at this KOA and was extremely happy. Sites are well laid out and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The area offers many activities to hike, shop and site seeing. The mountain views from the park are outstanding. Thanks KOA
