Just ok. Heavily forested! It appeared that they have an allowance for semi permanent folks with dilapidated camper and overgrown camp spot. The staff was very friendly at the desk. If you don’t like trees, I saw at least one or two spots that have no trees. Super convenient to everything in terms of shopping, gas, groceries, restaurants.

We had a premium site and the site was Very unleveled dirt and rock gravel sites! BBQ dirty and had left over ashes in them and when the wind was blowing the ashes would blow over everything, Weeds everywhere! We love KOA’s and try and stay at them when on the road because they are always clean and great Wi-Fi and laundry rooms, sites are always level, but this one disappointed us

They were friendly and helped me get a reservation right away. No online hassle just a simple phone call and lots of follow up’s from them to ensure that we were not forgotten. The only problem I ran into was the dump station and in my opinion it could use an upgrade. Thank you for your service

large campground. Site we were assigned to was less than level, in fact, it sloped uphill. We stayed for 1 night in a 35 ft Class A towing a Wranger Jeep. Not wanting to disconnect the Jeep did not allow us to back up in the site to try and get to a more level area.

Front office staff were fine. Person leading me to the space took me the wrong direction and had to back up around a corner to go a different direction. Interior roads are narrow and in very poor condition. Disappointed in park condition for the price you have to pay per-night.

This was our maiden voyage with our newly purchased travel trailer , KOA Flagstaff was our first stay ever at a KOA ! We called ahead to see if availability Serena was polite & pleasant over the phone. On arrival Serena was warm & welcoming ! as well helpful ! Was a great experience for us ! We did however awake in the am to have a SUV vehicle plugged into our electrical box , but no harm to us !

Park is clean and quiet. Great hot shower. Site 150 has terrible wifi access. I had to walk towards the showers to find and keep the signal. Three dogs in site 151 made it very uncomfortable for my dog to be outside. They also put up quite a fuss any time a dog was walked by. Occupants appear to be long term; don’t put someone with a dog next to them.

We really enjoyed our stay at the KOA Flagstaff. The staff was fantastic, the bathrooms were clean, showers were great and our site was perfect. We definitely will return!!!

Nice RV park close to everything on East side; site we were in was plenty big for our 36+tow to pull straight in and slides out on both sides and bathroom maintained. Access is good but the Signal Light for turning in can be a challenge as there is no LEFT TURN light and oncoming traffic can be tricky. KOA would benefit from soliciting Flagstaff to improve the light at their intersection.

You have a wonderful KOA and incredibly friendly staff. We have stayed with you often in the past, but probably won’t in the future. You’ve gotten too expensive for us. Your rates were close to double what we paid on this trip to stay at other KOAs. So regretfully, we’ll be looking for another location when we come through Flagstaff.

Greeted very nicely. The site had lots of chairs and fencing between for privacy. The shop had great stock . One of the better KOA s.

We had a patio site. It was great. There's a privacy fence between the sites which made it very private. These are the sites closest to the store. The campground is beautiful with all the pine trees. Would definitely stay again. Staff was great!

Although the staff was friendly, the site (#64) was horrible. Upon backing in it sloped so far forward it took four blocks to bring the front up enough to not feel like you were headed downhill, the camper was still not level. The site was listed as 30amp /water but the water was connected with another site with a long garden hose to supply the camper. Ridiculously set up. I would not return.

The staff there is Very friendly and helpful. The store is very well stocked. The price of doing laundry is reasonable. Surrounded by forest with great trails.

Office staff very friendly. We were escorted to our spot. Roads are paved but lots of potholes. Pads are gravel and ours was not very level. Used all our leveling blocks to level up side to side but had nothing left to correct high in front. Bathroom/showers were very clean. Park has a dump station. Quiet campground.

I loved this KOA. It's a big campground and I enjoyed all the lovely trees. My site was spacious and the internet was excellent. The showers were clean and hot. I especially enjoyed the extensive trail system adjacent to the campground.

The road noise and constant ambulances were kind of loud. It would be good if all of the spots had sewer hook ups we enjoyed our stay though very much. Even though it was just a few nights. Will likely be back.

Should be rated a Journey instead of Holiday. The WiFi was exceptionally strong and appreciated. The advertised breakfast was not available “probably won’t be running this season” and the camp was messy.

Ive stayed here so many times(at least 2x a year for around 10 years) that I'm running out of good things to say about this KOA. Staff has ALWAYS been super and are the facilities. My only complaint is beyond their control. Entry from highway 89 south bound can be a little dicey. There is no traffic light and you sometimes can't see oncoming traffic due to foliage in the median.

This is a wonderful rustic campground Sites are set within the large pine trees looking at a large mountain with hiking trails. Staff is very friendly rest rooms and laundry were very clean. Only reason no 5 stars is as when campground fills up WiFi becomes almost non existent we will return again

Staff was exceptional in their customer service. Going above and beyond seemed like it was the daily occurrence here. Definitely set the bar for customer service! Sites were clean and well maintained. Wonderful place to spend anytime at all!

I camped in a travel trailer. The area is beautiful with tall pines. The check in process was easy. There are trails nearby to walk on.

Booked a 1 night stay while on the road and discovered that I booked the wrong night. Staff was sooooo very friendly and communicated via text with great response. They were able to move my reservation to the correct night and even changed sites because we were towing a trailer and needed more space. Park is beautiful and our site was very near showers, level and had a table and fire ring. We bought firewood and were able to enjoy cigars outside by a fire before retiring for the night. Showers were very clean. We look forward to a future stay here and recommend!
