Sites are extremely close together. All of the urinals in the men's bathroom were out of order. The washing machines in the laundry were disconnected. The electrical hookup almost unusably far from the tent pad area. There were what appeared to be abandoned construction projects in the laundry and behind our site. Overall appearance of not being well-maintained. Extra star for helpful staff.

The staff was super helpful and friendly! The bathrooms and showers were all very clean. We rented a deluxe tent site that had a tent pad, water, and electricity. Unfortunately, it was in a very noisy location directly behind the horseshoe pit, which was in use a lot. People started playing it first thing in the morning when we were still sleeping, and the jump pad was directly behind us, too.

The staff was phenomenal, and showers and facilities were clean. However, our tent site was extremely cramped, only 5 feet on either side of our tent, pad to the next tent, site, and the electric box for ours and our neighbor was right in front of our tent. The campground is extremely crowded with campsites almost on top of each other. Loud road noise and sirens all night

Our stay was adequate. The camp ground was clean we had no problems however the bathroom needs updating, 2 of the 3 toilet stalls were uncomfortable, the showers could use modernizing.

We had a great time! The staff was so friendly and responsive, other campers were kind and respectful, and the activities for our little kiddos were wonderful. The only thing that we noticed that could be helpful when you have little kids at the campground are maybe some little step stools in the bathrooms so the kids can reach the soap and faucet for handwashing! Thanks again for everything!

Tent area with woodchips was not sufficient to hold tent pegs. Tent pegs would come out of the soil way too easy and since it was gusty, adjacent rocks were used to hold down the tents and unfortunately did damage the tent fabrics. It is recommended that sandbags be on standby for customers or that KOA replaces the soil with a better soil mixture. Wash and Restroom facilities were clean.

The whole week was great. We've been coming to this KOA for 31 years now, and we keep coming back. The only downside of our trip was the trash cans were removed and the bathroom and showers were not as clean as they used to be. But this will not detour us from coming back. It's a great place to stay.

I initially had an issue with a truck and camper parked in my spot, 55, and I was told by staff to just find another place. The camper eventually moved after enough neighbors stopped by to check on me. The sites are packed in tightly. Restroom facilities are clean.

We have stayed at Flagstaff KOA many times. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. But the 4 vs 5 stars is because now their tent sites do not all have chip/mulch tent pad even though it is a feature on their reservations. I only discovered this on a one night stay when I had to pound tent stakes into hard ground. On our stay a week later I asked and was changed to a slot with a pad. Be aware.

Exceptional stay at the KOA Holiday Flagstaff! The staff was courteous and helpful. We had a beautiful tent site (202) with water and electric. Which was close to the bathrooms and the kids area. We will definitely be returning! Wonderful time!

I came in from work 10 pm. A truck & camper was parked in our campsite. I knocked on the camper & told the lady 'who I never saw' that they were parked in my site #55. She yelled out from her camper that she was not moving. I tried calling Park security, as I wasn't sure what to do, with no luck. I took a chance, decided we'd park in #54. It worked out ok Our stay was good.thank you! Tammy V

It was wonderful but for two nights people were partying and one was playing his electric guitar past 10pm but after I told the staff they immediately solved the problem. This is one of my favorite places to camp����

Staff is always friendly and helpful! Campground is always clean and quiet. Some new upgrades around the bathrooms- concrete walks were noticed and appreciated.

The 2-mile loop trail was not well marked. I wished the sites could be identified by degree of shade. It is good to remember that KOA's are typically located to provide nearness to civilization, stores, and highways. That means noise. It also means convivence. The days we camped it was cold and windy so we ate at warm restaurants. Playground great. Bikes 4 kids great but $8 an hour?

Je suis restée une semaine à FLAGSTAFF KOA CAMPGROUND. Mon arrivée s'est bien passée et il a été facile de prolonger mon séjour. Les personnes présentes à l'accueil sont aimables et disponibles. La localisation est parfaite: trails, bus pour la ville, supermarché. Il y a un espace pour laver et sécher le linge. Le seul bémol est la propreté des sanitaires.

Very nice park. Great location, well Treed with mountain as background while only 1/2 mile from a mall and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Washrooms were clean and very functional.

Love it! The only thing is at the cabin the small walkway from the area to park and to the front door, there is a big wooden planter that sticks out and is in the way. I scraped my knee so bad on that thing. I wish they'd move it
