We love coming here, this was our second visit this year! The only thing I'd say is the fridge and pullout in our cottage get worse every stay. And the hot tub isn't super hot even with the lid on. But we love the grounds, the staff, the cottage. We would recommend to our friends, and have!

Was a very nice cabin. The sofa definitely needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Had to use it as a extra bed for sleeping and the middle dipped down considerably even just sitting on it. I would also say that the employees were not overly friendly and made it uncomfortable to ask them anything. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

We had a fantastic stay except for the fact that we had a private hot tub and we werent able to use it because they had to drain it before our stay and the fresh water never got hot enough during our stay. That was disappointing

We’ve visited this campground numerous times over the last 6 years. My Grandsons had a great time. They loved the pool, playground and jumping pillow. They participated in the events held on the Saturday and really enjoyed the rocket launch.

The heated pools were not heated. The wifi was terrible. The Kabin we rented was not cleaned- it was tidy, but not cleaned. We found garbage and mud/dirt on the floors. The private hot tub never got above 100°F so it wasn’t much good. Overall, not a good experience. There is great amenities but they are just rundown now, there hasn’t been much upkeep on them. Impressed with the cottage and the amenities available . BBB needs some repairs but ended up cooking over the fire pit . Would come back again .

Amazing! Very nice location of cabin. Some minor comments would be that the shower leaks from the bottom, shower glass door has a slit where water seeps out. Toilet did not flush well. Beyond that it was a great stay. Love ivy lea koa!

Campground is not as well kept as expected for a KOA. Disappointed to see basic upgrades are not done. Pool side has pavi blocks that are loose and uneven. Shower door in cabin difficult to open. Mouse traps present on the floor and can be dangerous for pets. First time in 10 yrs, we saw a raccoon on our balcony (being fed regularly by one of the workers). Hope the owners consider these reviews.

Nice location , I chose this (cabin) in place of a hotel and it worked out well for me. Will definitely consider KOA campgrounds in my future travels. Staff is friendly, efficient and all areas are clean and well kept.

I am a regular at this location. This year was Not the best. I got the deluxe cabin & the cleanliness was not up to par. I could tell that they did not do much as there was hairs in the fridge and the bathroom. There was cigarettes under the outside table. It was lacking the elements that makes this deluxe cabin cost over 300$ per night. I will still go back next year. This is my favorite KOA.

Our family was circled by a group of racoons at night while we were around the campfire. Quite a startling situation. Apparently this happens often we were told by fellow campers.

Our rented cabin lost water. We paid for a cottage with water. No communication to the guest about what happened and what to do. We chose to leave a day early. No attempt by KOA to reimburse us.

I don’t know if there is new owners, but it has gone way downhill. We stayed in a cabin and the bathroom smelled of urine so bad that we had to keep the door shut, the A/C didn't work, and the couch/bed was so broken that you were sitting on the bars. The pool/hot tub was the only postive, but it closed at 6 or 5:45(whenever they felt like it, even if you were still in it) Not up to KOA standard

The place was absolutely beautiful and we arrived very late in the evening at 10:30 and were pleased that the information was all laid out for us as you had emailed we were very tired from a 9 Hour Dr. and when we went into the cabin it was very upsetting there were ants everywhere and bugs even on bed we sprayed the cabin and went outside for a little bit for the spray to clear out of the cabin

Rented a cabin and the mattresses are so thin you sleep on a plywood! Also I found the washrooms a little outdated and needing more cleaning!

Didn’t like the peak season pricing with off season activities. The activities that they had were good and the activity staff amazing, just not very many. Also the pool closing at 6 was hard to justify to the kids.

Check-in was quick and easy!! Cabin wasn't clean upon arrival-bathroom floor dirty, crumbs all over table, dog hair on floor, couch covered in crumbs. Fridge wasn't working, new one was delivered very quickly in a rainstorm! No events. Pool yard's a dump. Weeds everywhere even the sites. Sewage stink. Excessive chlorine ruins swim suits. Deflated bouncy pillow. "Off peak" events "on peak" prices.

I have to say that we were quite disappointed in our stay. We were there Aug 29 - Sept 2 and all the hours had been changed to fall hours! EVERYTHING closed at 6pm. We paid “peak season” prices but got “off season” amenities, which was completely unfair. We were kicked out of the pool every night even though it was crowded and the weather was hot.

We loved the Kamping Kabin with the cute little patio, fire pit and BBQ. It was a perfect little getaway for our family. We enjoyed all of the activities and the young lady running the activities for kids was outgoing, fun and kind. The facilities were always clean and the atmosphere was excellent.

5th year renting a cottage and it was great with a couple of exceptions. First was as long as we've been staying, the pullout couch has been broken. Sometimes we can wrestle it back in, other times no. Staff has to. Ants were an issue this year, but it's camping. And the fridge is in need of replacing desperately. One drawer and handle missing, no door storage at all. $2000/wk pays for a fridge.

Everything was great and my boys were in heaven. You might want to fix the handle lock on dc4 as it locked itself several times which resulted in me scaling the deck to break in!

I’ve been coming there every year for like 20 years, myself and my two daughters, they are now 23 and 27! It’s our get away, our catch up time! I do feel, although we aren’t needing this, but I’ve noticed that there is very little interaction between the guests and employees…way less than years ago, it doesn’t feel as friendly!

Kids had a great time Service was excellent Some aspects of cabin and amenities were in disrepair (ex. Daughter got trapped in bunk room of cabin when the pocket door refused to open - maintenance came promptly but it was scary for her! Ex. Brown ring around the pool/hot tub, needs to be scrubbed)

Our stay was great..lots of activities, cabin was cute (super duper hot at night the one night so a/c for the price might be worth it, but I get it, we're camping) my only suggestion is to clean the pool. It was pretty dirty (dirt line around the top) and the women's bathroom floor and hallway leading up to it is deadly slippery otherwise we loved the stay and the staff was awesome and friendly.

Cabins too close together. Travelled with another family and it was a pain and annoying to have to go back and forth between 2 other cabins to prep meals together. Asked if we could downgrade our 6 person cabin to a 4 person cabin so we would be next to the family we travelled with and no attempt was made what so ever. Even explained I didn’t care to get a refund for the difference in price.

Unfortunately the cabin you requested to switch to was already reserved to campers who requested a 1 room camping cabin. We cannot switch another campers "site type" even if it is considered to be an upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback.

Pool facilities are nice. Deluxe cabins need a deep clean and pressure washer for deck/stairs. Patio furniture at deluxe Cabins needs replaced as does the leather futon...not comfortable for sitting or sleeping and the outdoor furniture had rusty nails exposed. Schedule of activities offered variety for the kids.

My children had an absolute blast! From the heated pools, to the jumping pillow, as well as the playground and activities there was never a dull moment. The park grounds were very clean and well maintained. Staff were all friendly and seem to enjoy their job! Our cabin rental was perfect. We will be back! Great memories!

Amazing stay. Lovely place for family time with kids. So many fun things to do (swimming, campfires, tie dye tshirts, foam machine, rocket launching, ice cream floats). Staff very friendly. Our 4 year old daughter fell in love with one of the activities coordinator (hi Emma!). We will definitely be back next year.

Our family had a blast at this location. Staff were extremely helpful and took pride of the camp grounds. Bathrooms, campsites and cabins super clean. Disappointed in the size of the pools and not being monitored by staff. Unfortunately some families don’t believe in following rules and drank alcohol in glass bottles and allowed their children in the adults only spa. Everything else was amazing.

Great place but just beware! We have stayed here on many occasions over the years and love it. Just don't overlook their cancellation policy ( as I did) which is 7 days not the KOA standard 48 hours for RV sites. Emergencies do happen but it is what it is. I will still go back next year for the facilities, great location, and hosts.
