Last camping trip of the year. Glad I stayed at JONESBOROUGH/CHEROKEE KOA. Beautyful Campground and river. All the camp host and Maintenace people were very friendly. I will come back when it is wormer.

We stayed in the unique caboose- it was wonderful! Clean, comfy bed, cushy towels, beautiful environment and river view. I’m sorry I couldn’t stay longer!

This is one of my favorite places to stay. Every time I visit, I meet wonderful people, both staff and campers. The grounds are well-kept, the store well-stocked. The ease of checking in and out and the helpfulness of the staff is superior. The campground is safe, cozy, quiet, and beautiful with the rushing and picturesque Nolichucky River racing by. Perfect!

My husband, our great Dane, and I stayed at your campground for the first time over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a wonderful time, and everyone was so accommodating and friendly. We definitely plan to come back and stay again next time we’re down in Tennessee. Also, the bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen at any type of camping facility. Five stars!

This was our first experience camping at a KOA . It will not be the last. We couldn't have ask for a better experience. The campground was beautiful!! The staff was so accommodating and kind. We enjoyed it so much, that we reserved to stay again before we left. Highly, highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in that area,or just a place to get away!!!

So friendly and welcoming. The staff made us feel so welcome from check in right up until the end of our stay. Bathrooms and laundry so clean. The campsite has a really lovely feel. We wish we had been able to stay longer but we will definitely be back again. Thankyou �

Wife and I were very much in need of a place stay that evening. Staff had very short notice, but they eagerly helped us successfully book one of the caboose rooms for that evening. It was very clean and ready. We were there only a short time, but so well accommodated and staff was wonderful. We had been there last April for a wonderful weekend with my sons family. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, natural setting. Not much better than being lulled to sleep by the soothing water flowing in the Nolichucky River. The staff are friendly and accommodating; only there when you need them. We've been coming here for years and it only gets better.

Jonesborough/Cherokee KOA is our go to campground. We love our Pet Paws site. The staff are absolutely amazing, part of the family.

This campground is amazing in every way: beautiful campsites, best restrooms, clean an convenient. But the best part? The staff her made it such an amazing experience for my granddaughter. Rock painting and other fabulous activities - the most kid friendly adventure out there!

Absolutely loved the river. Our pull thru site was a little difficult to get out of with rocks and trees but other than that, we loved the campground. All the employees that we came into contact with were super nice.

Campground employees very helpful and kind. Campground was in immaculate condition; our campsite was very well maintained. The campground itself is situated on the banks of the Nolichuckey River and the colors were just exploding! We had bad weather in the area one day and the camp office texted everyone where to go in the case of severe weather. We have already made reservations for next year!

I honestly can't say enough about this campground! Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and respectful. Gorgeous campground right on the Nolichucky River with direct and easy river access. Tons of amenities are offered at this location, including pizza delivery to your site, text updates during your stay, and a gift shop. Great location to surrounding areas all within reasonable driving distances, but honestly you won't want to leave! This campground is impeccably clean, staff are always easy to find, and bathhouses are spotless! ***Exceptional Customer Service - We booked a private site on HipCamp months ago to celebrate my birthday and Memorial Day Weekend, only after confirming with owner the details of our rig and that we would be able to access the site. After a 3 hour drive, upon arrival we could not get our 40ft fifth wheel into the site without permanent damage to our camper and tailgate. I reached out to this campground in hopes they could take us, at least for a night until we could make other plans. We passed this KOA on our way in less than a mile from where we supposed to stay. Ronda said come on for the night and that will give you time to figure something out for the weekend. I booked the one night and got settled in the site she had available. Within 1 hour Ronda came to our site to tell us not only did she get us in a spot for the night, she got us a spot there for the entire duration of our original trip. This woman went above and beyond and made our trip possible, and we had the most peaceful and relaxing weekend. Ronda, you and your staff are top notch, thank you so very much for a wonderful stay at a gorgeous location. You are appreciated more than you know!

This is a great off the beaten path RV park, very impressive and beautiful scenery, nicely positioned spaces and beautiful views of the river! The staff is very helpful and friendly, the store is nicely laid out with a reasonable amount of gifts and needs! I will definitely stay here again, and probably much longer next time to enjoy all the park and area have to offer! Thanks to the staff and ownership for making this a great place to stay!

Right on the Nolichucky River! Kind, compassionate, and friendly management! Loved the sounds of the river. Such a beautiful spot! I stayed in my RV, but there were very cute cabins on site as well. The facilities were super clean! Pizza and firewood available on site. Great for a mountain getaway in Jonesborough, or an easy drive to Johnson City, Bristol, Asheville, Cherokee, etc.
