Always fabulous! Love this place

In short. They made me feel like a thief making me pay everything up front which this was a first time in 4 years of me staying there. I was in a ant invested cabin which I had lost most of my food which the ants got into, and the last thing is having an ant crawl into my mouth while I was trying to sleep. which I ended up leaving just after 3am.

Very clean campground! Very few washrooms available (only near office/store). Great place for families with young children, but not for teens. Speed bumps are not necessary in part of campground (they may damage lower hitched trailers). Overall, nice clean campground but there are better ones out there.

Lots of activities for the kids, they loved every minute. Really clean park with incredibly friendly staff who go above and beyond. My only suggestion would be to get speakers for the outdoor movie, we left bc couldn’t hear

We stayed in the one room cabin. It was very clean. The washroom and showers were also very clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our children are older and did not use the playgrounds but they looked well mainland fun for young campers. We enjoyed outer stay!!

Friendly staff, great location both in town and on the campsite. Near the washrooms and pool. The washroom ran out of toilet paper our last evening there, the toilets were having trouble fully flushing, and the washroom was kind of in disarray but otherwise we had a good stay and would return to this location.

One night stay while travelling ... close to highway, easy to access, lots of pull thrus, very clean, well maintained, excellent customer service .... strongly recommend

Really expensive and not alot for your money. Even with the discount card. Doesn't seem to accumulate to anything and I've had one for a few years now. Very dirty under furniture inside the cabins. No patio like other cabins. ANTS EVERYWHERE! Made multiple trips to the store to ask for different assistance for things, hot water, bad smells, ect. And no one showed until I called and asked 4x's .

I am finding the K0A’s in general to be very expensive compared to other family campgrounds with similar activities. The playground area needs to be renovated as it’s quite old.

We loved the camp and all the amenities, however we are only giving a rating of 4 stars due to the lack of cleanliness in the mens bathroom. My husband reported on the Saturday night that 2 of the cubicles were covered in feaces yet when he went on the Sunday it hadn't been cleaned and reported the matter again along with another guest. This however we hope was a one off incident. Otherwise great

We were disappointed on the lack bathrooms and how dirty they became throughout the day. Like they weren’t being cleaned from the morning cleaning. Plus to only have 3 showers each for the entire park seemed like too few. Other than that the park seemed tidy.

Park is exceptionally neat and tidy. Was upset that illness caused us to cut our time there short. Will definitely be looking at doing a do over.

Very nice place, well maintained with plenty to do if you have children. Good camp store and very nice staff. Great place to relax for a romantic getaway. Very close to downtown Kingston.

Very friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the pool, pedal carts, zip line, etc. However bathrooms were not clean even 15 minutes after the stated cleaning time. Men’s bathroom had an awful smell both days we were at KOA.

We went camping for a weekend in a cabin, that we ended up upgrading for a deluxe cabin upon arrival. The cabin itself was beautiful, really clean with everything needed for our stay (fridge, microwave, coffee machine with pods, an outside bbq and tables and chairs inside and outside. They even gave us some candy with a welcome card. I especially appreciated the outdoor swing and the fact that the cabins were in a more foresty area, making it peaceful. The camping is medium size and really dog friendly. The owner came to make sure we were fine and to give treat to our dogs. Unfortunately they were allergic so couldn't have some, but they suprised us with a allergen-free treat the next day. So thouthful! The dog park is medium size with sand and benches, good for spending some energy. There also are a lot of activities for kids, a playground, a mini-putt, a bouncy mat and more. It's situated really close to shops (pet value, lcbo, walmart...) and 20 minutes from Kingston. My parents were staying on a rv campsite with a onsite enclosure for their dogs and liked it too. Overall a great experience and we will come back.
