The staff was really nice. The lodges very clean. Only things that I didn't like so much is that the water of the pool was really cold and that we had to pay for the bike rentals unlike other Koa (Niagara falls for instance). Other then that we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time there! The campground had all the amenities, it was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We liked everything at the campground. The cabin was clean and quiet. The only problem I have is in your ad shows "wifi" with no "$" sign beside it. When we checked in we were told it cost $6.00 for each additional wifi connection. That should have been stated in somewhere in your flyer. Other than that it was a nice enjoyable visit. Generally the stay was good! The staff are super nice! I stayed in a cabin and it was great! The washrooms could be cleaned more often, even if it's just a quick mop and counter wipe down, and check there is nothing gross in the toilets. There should be more clear delineation between sites. My friends had other campers on their site...who also had a loose dog :( Wish the rules were enforced.

It was a lot of fun, the place is so nice and very clean the staff are nice polite and friendly, I recommend this place to everyone and for sure me and my family will be back again

Very disappointed. Had this been advertised for what it was I never would have booked. Trailer in the middle of everything and not a single tree or piece of shade to be had. Like a new build backyard. We couldn’t even sit outside as there was no shade. Left 24 hours early (that we paid for). Have been going to KOAs for over 12 years. Never experienced anything like this.

The problem is with your wording on your reservation system. I had previously stayed at KOA in 1000 Islands so I looked for that key word when placing my reservation. Imagine my frustration when I went to KOA 1000 Islands only to be told I was at he wrong one, I should be in Kingston. The staff said they have had this problem with other reservations too because Kingston is NOT THE 1000 ISLANDS!!!!

Loved it! It would be nice to have a food truck though at supper time for those that might like fries or poutine with whatever they are BBQing. There's a food truck at the Ivy Lea and Cardinal KOA.

Place was beautiful, lots of stuff for the kids to do , cabin was clean and in perfect location with the trees giving some shade. Everyone was super nice especially front staff only thing missing is maybe coffee option in the office but that's just me being a coffee addict haha. Fantastic place and will certainly be back.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay in your deluxe cabin. I love the activities you have for children and your grounds are well kept and beautiful. I can hardly wait to come again. We stayed for 2.5 days and had a fantastic time. This was our first time camping on a KOA site and we rented the Deluxe cabin. The cabin was clean and we had all we need and it was so peaceful. At night our fellow campers had a firepit going and everyone was just having a great time. We would definitely return. The team at KOA 1,000 Island Kingston makes a big difference they are awesome

We had lots of fun, the cabin was great. The staff was awesome especially the red haired guy making pancakes ��� - the pull out couch cushions had major gross stains. i would probably run a. steam cleaner over that - the website said there was some hot food for sale eg pizza so we didn’t bring food for the first night but this was obviously old info other than those two minor issue

Lovely stay, very friendly helpful staff, K 83 was perfect, K 63 had a few things that needed repair, in the bathroom - the wooden floor transition came off, the shower handle fell off and the showerhead does not stay in position.

Cabin had many extras I didn't know about. The cabin was clean and well taken care of. You can tell that there is pride in ownership. Kids enjoyed the pool and play structures. There's a nice little wooded trail that I enjoyed, I got to see a partridge that wasn't shy.

We took the cabins. Beds are not super comfortable but the ambiance and the cabin itself is wonderful. Nice fire pit too !
