The campground is great with large sites and a huge dog park. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful. However, the people in the campground were not friendly at all. No one acknowledged a hello or wave. I even called to a man walking his dog if he could help me unhook my water hose as I couldn't turn it. He came over and did it without saying a word or responding to my thanks

Great Property! Sweet pool & hot tub. This was a great stay for us, the staff was attentive and very friendly, especially Herb. Lots of nice little touches including hot coffee early morning, and pride of ownership. Good location for visiting the north area of Austin.

Nice and clean. I like the wide streets. We appreciated the back-in assistance from Herb. It is always good to have assistance when backing into a site, especially when that person understands the geometry of an RV and how they tend to behave.

Absolutely perfect park! All paved and level sites and an exceptionally clean campground!! Superb staff, managers, and owners! Halloween decorations were terrific!! Herb, Kathy and Deborah were very friendly and helpful! Vicki and Joe were very kind and welcoming! Kudos to Ronnie and Merry for a spectacular experience in one of the best KOA’s that I’ve been to! A very pleasant place to stay. The park is very well maintained. The staff is the most friendly and professional you will run into. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Friendly staff, fresh free coffee in the a.m. Very very clean, nice showers, outdoor recreation space. Stayed in camping cabin really nice place. This is or 14th night in different KOAs across the country. This by far the nicest.

Staff was amazing and the problems I had, they most likely would have done whatever they could to help me. Unfortunately the event I was in town for had me leaving before the office opened and arriving back late at night after closing hours so I was never able to address issues with staff. Black mold in AC, doors won't shut properly, shower pan fills with water and won't drain. Not worth the rate$

Our experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pull through site was great. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay at this RV park again.

We had a great stay. We didn't get to enjoy the amenities due to us having to many things to do. But everyone was really nice. The sites were clean and looked great.

Drive in, park, and leave the next morning. $99!!. That breaks the former "most I have ever paid at any campground" by $30. I thought $69 was outrageous which was at another KOA. Next time I'll ask what the price is first, but that next time will never again be at a KOA.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, lots of fun amenities and clean! I love this KOA! We stayed here with our new camper and it was quiet, safe and fun. They had a bonfire party on Saturday which was so cute.

This is a great koa Most spaces are paved with full hookups. The people that run it are wonderful. They keep the place very clean and picked up. Nice laundry and clean bathrooms.would very much stay again.

The park is very clean and well maintained. We would give 5 stars except for the constant noise from the generators of the RV washing company. We like to sit outside and watch TV, but the noise made it impossible to hear unless wearing headphones. took practically all day, right across from us. It's just not relaxing to hear those generators going constantly our entire stay.

I stayed in a cabin to be closer to members of my family staying in a trailer on the grounds. They were from Arizona and I flew in from Kansas City.

Office Managers and Owners are very nice people the Fire Ants infestation very hard to exterminate or control WiFi was very Slow and would stop or just disconnect so very unreliable

Good. Two comments: 1) the door on Cabin 8 has swelled and doesn't close well. 2) I almost went with a hotel due to price, but the temps were great.

Herb and Kathy were so helpful and friendly. We love the pool. The campgrounds are well kept, long and level.

I have stayed in a lot of KOA's in the last 4 months ( 2 Dozen ) from New Jersey all the way to Washington. This was by far the cleanest and nicest from the paved sites to the pool area and the laundry facilities. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

We recently performed a private third party RV inspection for our client at NW Austin KOA Holiday RV Park and had a great experience. Their staff is professional and friendly as were the other RVers at the park. The park itself is quiet and beautiful with convenient amenities. We would welcome the opportunity to perform future inspections at NW Austin KOA Holiday RV Park!

We stayed here while waiting to close on my home. I honestly didn't want to leave and thought maybe RV living is the way to go! The staff is amazing, friendly, and works hard to keep the grounds and facilities clean and well maintained. Merry was so kind and helpful when my closing was delayed, and was able to extend our stay. I highly recommend this KOA Leander.
