We had an amazing stay at the Leavenworth Pine Village KOA! The communication leading up to our stay was great and gave me very clear directions on the process leading up to our stay. When we arrived the staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and the campgrounds were awesome! Our cabin was amazing and we had a fantastic visit! Thank you KOA! We will be coming back for sure!

We rented a cabin for oktoberfest + overall we’re happy. One fewer star bc dog leashes and leash length were not visibly enforced. The folks at the site next to us had their dog roaming a lot and so we had to take extra precaution and planning to ensure we could safely take out our pup. Cleaning was also only ok. There was a used tissue on the floor. Otherwise, would totally plan to stay again

The woman and her husband who checked us in were saints. I had a medical condition come up after our reservation and they worked hard to get us to a new site that would accommodate. Incredibly kind. Thank you so much. I hope you are able to read this. ��

We came for the Octoberfest weekend and loved staying in the cabin. We have never stayed at a KOA before and now I think we will search for another one to stay in on a different adventure. Thanks so much!

We were greeted very well. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon 3rd week of september without a reservation. The hostess very leering said they might have room and made it very clear she was doing us a favor after all the next daay was a weekend.. We were assigned a site. After the attitude, of saying they might not have room We were very surprised the campground was not even half full. Honesty coun

everything on the KOA side was good, unfortunately, there was construction going on right next to us, so it was loud noise that started about 7 am everyday

The cleanliness of the room, showers & laundry facilities and the overall campground was exceptional. I really enjoyed the river walk acess as well as being greeted by the staff. Would highly recommend to others!!!

Beautiful park. Great staff. Large unleased dogs are not good. People need eo watch their kids, bikes, scooters in the road make it difficult for vehicles who can only travel on the road. Balls bounced off rvs not so much fun.

It would be nice if campgrounds would inform us of fire bans in effect or not as it affects what people bring.

Thanks for your feedback regarding campfires. Burn bans can happen at a moments notice which is mandated by Chelan FD #3 and City of Leavenworth.

Very quiet down below. Spot #35. I was disappointed that the hot tub was not operational. I know the pool was closed for the winter however I would have liked to use the hot tub. We walked around the sites. Very clean and all the employees were very friendly

Sadly, too short of a stay to enjoy all the amenities that were offered but in the short time we were there, we enjoyed every minute of it. Very clean, nice and quiet place in a beautiful setting. Camp sites were large and separated just enough to still feel a sense of privacy. We will definitely be back to stay longer in the near future.

The staff were friendly and competent as usual. No problem there. I've stayed at the Leavenworth KOA twice prior to this stay and it was great. That's the reason I came back. This stay was a rip off. $100 USD for a site that barely fit my trailer. The fire pit was so close it would have sent smoke right through my bedside window and sent sparks our trailer's paint job. Extremely disappointing.

It's a very nice campground with access to the river. The store is well stocked and not overpriced, the staff was friendly. Garbage pick was a great perk, just wish the cable TV actually had more than one channel that came in clear.

Beautiful maintained campground. The only fault I had was the premium sites are way to small and not that level. When slides are out could barely walk around the coach.

We had a great time and it is close to stuff. We liked hiking around on the trails and our dogs loved the walks and walking down to the river.

We had a great family camping trip and stayed in the small cabin. It was perfect for us. A little pricey but very fun. Someone did try and run my credit card for an extra $25 that was declined by my credit card company. Park was very clean, especially for how busy it was. Staff came around and picked garbage from each site (so much better than over flowing dumpsters that are typical at camp grounds on busy weekends). They offered wood and propane delivery. Great service!
