New bath house under construction….but current bath house outdated, lacked cleanliness

Gary is a fantastic host. This campground is a work in progress. I was assigned a site that Gary was well aware was subject to standing water issues around the electric pedestal. He took took me to several, and I selected one that was satisfactory. Their internet service is not functional because of a dispute with the provider. No Verizon cell service. Grass cutting, table was touching my RV.

We stayed just overnight. The maintenance man was very helpful. The battery went dead on our jeep and he jumped the jeep. He was a very nice person! Easy on and off the highway! Thank you!!!

Better signage for directions to or labeling of bath/shower building. Enjoyed the overnight stay and staff hospitality. Nice to see improvements and/or additions in progress.

Poor wifi, no night lights around the park. Understand this KOA is new and the owners are working hard to get essential items up an operational.

As soon as we arrived in the swamp the sewer alarm went off putting an awful smell throughout the area no WiFi very displeased with this koa!

Grass was not cut, gravel lots very uneven. Cable outlet unusable This campground is just a field with strips of gravel as the sites

The park was under construction. The restrooms were not up to par under KOA standards. Camp K9 is small but sufficient. The staff is very friendly.

Another overpriced KOA journey. We stopped at the last minute as it was beginning to storm. Sites were level, but they definitely have an issue with drainage. All sites flooded to the point we could hot get out of our unit with being in ankle deep water. WIFI was very weak. Would have been fine if they charged $40 that it may be worth, but $60 with KOA discount is excessive for thus park

This campground is not yet ready for guests in my opinion. It's currently rebuilding almost everything on the property. The only amenities that were open were the Dog Park, Walking Path, and 1 restroom/shower area. The sites were level however the gravel had recently been installed, there were some issues with water bibs on some sites. In the future this would be a nice campground, however not now

We have a great stay. The campground is well kept and quiet. The only down side that is no one’s fault is that the entrance/exit is very steep. Other than that is a very lovely campground.

This is a very new KOA! They are working hard to get it running. Very wonderful staff. Showers and laundry are great. Easy to find and very Quiet even if you are so close to the freeway! Was a great place to stay will definitely be back!

It rained and we were surrounded by a lake delaying our departure by a day because we couldn't get to our connections to unhook due to about 5 inches of rain and mud. They need to address the drainage issue and add amenities to fit the high price of $60 per night or lower the price to fit what is offered.

Martie was wonderful!!! Greeted us gave us info about surrounding stores. Very friendly and helpful. They are working hard to improve the campground..It was easy to access off 65 too!!!

Montgomery KOA is in an upgrade process so services are not up to my standards but they are below average. The WIFI must be repaired. At this point it was very spotty at best. The restrooms/showers were clean but are old and in need of repair. The grounds/sites have definitely been reworked and that is a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Grease the windmill.

We pulled into park after pouring rain most of day. Most of sites were covered with large puddles. They did work hard to find us site with least amount of puddles. We were unable to check out much of park as it rained into night. Guess park is newer & in morning I took short walk & seemed like they are working in a lot of areas & plan make some good improvements to park.

Very nice people proving great service; however, there are serious issues with infrastructure. Water was not working when we arrived (but was fixed quickly, so quite minor).No working WiFi for our entire stay. This apparently is a long term issue as it’s printed on the camp guide. Working WiFi is essential for many campers. I do not mean the WiFi was slow, there was zero internet connection.

A great campsite in the making. Staff friendly. Wifi and cable unusable. Verizon phone wifi worked at end of campsite exit only. Clean, level gravel site. 2 stall unisex bathroom clean and temperature controlled. Best thing I can say about this KOA is its location. You can get anywhere with ease. Also very quiet despite being near highway. New bathroom being built. Realize it's a KOAjourney.

Very nice stay. Only thing we might have wanted was a fire ring at our campsite. Other sites had rings, but ours didn’t.

This campground is in it's infancy. It needs some more work on the sites and grounds. The angle of approach and departure from the road into the campground is steep. The sites are rock and narrow. If it was wet, we would have gotten stuck pulling in or out because you must drive over the newly planted grass. The sewer hookup was too far back for us to connect with the 2 sections of sewer hose.

Nice KOA for a stop over before we continued on our trip. Easy to locate fast access to freeway. Lots of updates coming to this location. Will be nice to see such a big space expand to something beautiful!

This KOA is great! The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. It is quiet for being close to the busy road & close to everything! They are working hard on getting it remodeled. I would stay here again. The price is right. Can't wait to see it in a couple years.
