We were there for the eclipse. Nice park lots to do. Wifi was so so but that could be a Canada-US tower issue.

As this was an earlier season trip we were not as prepared as usual. The store had everything like dish and laundry soap,razors etc. Cable had been recently installed but did not allow for electrical box to be fully opened.When we mentioned it at office the staff was back at the site before us and was fixing the problem when we returned.Super clean washrooms campground and friendly staff.

Clean and well run as usual. Location is perfect. Close to the Falls. WeGo transport at the gate. Indoor pool/spa is perfect for seniors and poor weather days. More adult only hours at better times would be better for most adults. Perhaps 9-10 am and 7-8 pm. The kids have the outdoor pools to use at those times. Spas:there seems to be something wrong. No bubbles.

As a handicapped camper, I was treated exceptionally, A young lady named ABBY served me, and went above and beyond for me. Please thank her, as she very accomadating. I have never been to a cleaner camp Ground, and the amenities were exceptional. The washrooms are like a spa, wow is all I can say. My husband and I will be back definitely. You made our stay wonderfully.

It had everything we wanted … very well kept .. we were early checking in, and wasn’t an issue.. very friendly staff, bathrooms were immaculate.. very impressed

Our family had a great time at the Niagara Falls KOA (eclipse 2024)! Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The amenities were great (something for everyone in our family). Would recommend!

Nice place easy access to Niagara Falls. 3.5 mile walk or bus across the campground.

It was seamless. I was in and out for the eclipse event. I feel fortunate you had a site available for me. I'll see you again in the summer i hope.

It was very nice. The tent sites were a bit damp and I asked to be moved and there was no problem.

It’s always amazing, it’s also great to see improvements being done like the new park. I tell everyone about one guy that’s alway helpful and super friendly… Steve ! Everyone is great but he just goes out of his way to be fantastic

Staff are not friendly or approachable. Especially the older male who drives around in the gold cart (heavy set). Nice place. Close to many things.

Always a great KOA! Very well appointed and maintained. Something for all ages to enjoy and central to a ton of sights and scenery should you choose to take an excursion. The staff is always very friendly and eager to assist with anything you may need. The shop is incredibly well stocked with any and all essentials you may have forgotten or run out of. We'll be back next season!

Convenient location with excellent public transportation stop in front of KOA, ease of booking/checkin process, and everything there was as stated in advertisements. No excuses, no problems.

Have camped here for years, but it's looking a little run down. We couldn't understand why you had us all cramped together when there were so many empty sites. Very hard to park, and didn't feel safe having campfire. We will visit again, but hopefully you'll space us out.

It was best away ever clean lots to.do close to all amenities felt like in the country but close to.city. Great staff who went above and beyond can't wait to book next year

Overall a good place to stay with our rv. The park and Facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly. It was a little disappointing that even though the park was still open and over half full, many of the attractions and play areas were already closed for the season.

Excellent starting point for visiting Niagara falls. Very friendly staff, excellent sanitary facilities. Otherwise it is an ‘urban’ campground so don’t expect lots of nature.

Enjoying some reasonably nice fall weather...didn't go to the falls...it was all about using the pool, hot tub and sauna...please keep them clean and in good working order for us in case we want to visit again:)

Friendly, helpful staff and beautiful surroundings. Plenty for kids to do. Close to attractions. Close to many eating options and grocery store.

Very nice, well kept KOA. Staff was very accommodating when we had to extend our check out by a few hours due to a medical issue. The grounds were very well kept. The playground was amazing. Would definitely stay again!
