Honestly not sure what to say. The staff was great. The site was large and spacious. Good selection at the store and not a single complaint with the KOA itself. But we was awakened when a hot pursuit came into the campground with cops chasing after a pickup that was speeding back and forth past our camper. Really this was out of the campgrounds hand but leave me to question if this was normal.

We were only here for a couple of days, but really enjoyed our stay. It’s a really clean park with great spots. We were here while cold, but I’m sure that beautiful swimming pool and spa is awesome in the summer. It has a cute game room and we acted like teens again and played some video games. Friendly guy at the front desk - Think his name was Andrew. Would definitely come back again.

This is a large and very well-located KOA. The newer big rig area is a bit removed from the rest of the park, but sites and furniture is very nice with plenty of room between sites. Great location and Andrew the manager was extremely accommodating. We will be back.

Power service was weak. Dangerous for our unit. Weird rules about not allowing any water to hit the ground. Too many strange non-rv vehicles allowed to camp. One with several men working at their site assembling mechanical parts on a work table. Seemed to be operating a business out of a box truck with tents around it. Strange all around. Not a normal KOA experience for us.

Carla set the gold standard for hospitality. The campground was clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Rapid City.

It was very nice. The staff, front desk and maintenance were very helpful during my stay. The site is well maintained and easy to walk around. It was very cold and windy in the tent area, from the ridge in front of KOA, it whipped the wind. I skipped the shower on the last day, it was cold in each of the shower rooms. The outside temp was about 30 deg. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Great stay overall. Staff was friendly, cabin had heat and AC, cabins were private and campground was quiet. Cute playground and large dog area and pool. No soap in the bathroom, but the bathroom was clean. Individual shower stalls were appreciated.

We have stayed at the Rapid City KOA several times over the past few years. It's a nice place to stay. Friendly staff and great customer service!

Great stay, beautiful campgrounds, staff was very helpful gave us great ideas of places to visit. Big plus, we had a repair issue and they were able to give us names of a few local repairman, got a wonderful person out who had us fixed and we were able to go see Mount Rushmore!

Very nice RV park. The staff were friendly and helpful, the site was large and nearly level. The patio furniture on he site was the best I've ever seen!

We needed a place on short notice to get out of the wind. The campground was clean and well maintained. The showers and bathrooms were clean and water pressure was good.

The KOA was in a winterized mode when we arrived however we still enjoyed full hookups. You can see that the grounds are meticulously cared for and is a wonderful place to enjoy the area. Super friendly staff too that was getting the KOA ready to open for the season. Would definitely stay again.

The entire team is a bunch of racists! Our trailer had a mishap, we had booked a site and a cabin and wanted to extend a night but were refused saying the site is full. We could see open sites online, for starters! Sheriff threats, waiting for my partner to leave to threaten me, asking us to not eat lunch on the site - what's wrong with the team here?! Not recommending Rapid City KOA to anyone!

Was late when we got in and rain storm caused a leak that we had to tend to elsewhere. Didn’t use the amenities or see much of it in daylight, but still great to park and sleep

I loved it! Very friendly staff! I loved the pancake breakfasts in the morning, my friend and I were traveling on motorcycle, so it was so convenient to have food right at the campground rather than fight traffic during the Sturgis bike rally to find restaurants. Thank you all!

Price was good, campground was beautiful for being inside a big city. I really enjoyed the small cabin. Had everything I needed and was very cozy. Restrooms were okay, but the showers were definitely lacking. Unclean and not very nice like I would expect at a KOA. Other than that, would have been 5 stars.

Very, very nice spot. One of the days we stayed there was raining the whole day and we did not got one bit of mud on the RV.
