Great winter stay, good staff. Suggest better pool/hottub, washing machine maintenance, along with a stop to Paula’s dogs barking every time they’re outside.

We stayed 3 nights and loved the warm clean pool and hot tub. The park is well maintained and has great trail access, nice restrooms and clubhouse. Laundry is app or credit card, nice!

Everything was fine. Our checkin got fouled up. Group was spread all over. Reservations were to be all together. No notes left in computer. Host worked with us to solve problem. Very helpful

It was a good stay, and it was great at accomodating a last minute schedule change. Very friendly at checkin. My only recommendation would be to put some more bushes between the highway and the campground to reduce traffic noise.

Great place for a stop over. Quiet and a nice place to stop before moving forward with out longer trip.

It was a great 8 day stay in Salome. The weather was unusually wet for this area, but we made the most of it. The spaces are very wide and comfortable. The campers are quiet and considerate. A little highway noise, mostly in the AM and during the day, but quiet at night.

It’s quite,clean and staff is great and helpful. Was planning on a 8 day stay but my wife got real sick and we had to leave a couple of days early. Now with the little grocery store next door it makes it nice.

The only reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5 is because I have to move to a different space next year. I’ve been in the same space #18 for the last 3 years. When I went to renew for next year I have to be in 2 different sites over the 3 months. Someone from a different area of the park reserved my spot before the renewal date is was waiting for. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Great place to stay a few days while exploring the area!Quiet nights and clean facilities..Had a mix up with RPI.They didnt submit we wanted a pull through spot.We got it all straightened out..

Park is clean and very quiet at night. Sights are large and level. Only negative is the park is a ways off the interstate for an overnight. There are supplies close but they close early so plan accordingly.

Friendly staff at check in. This was the first KOA to charge an added pet fee after staying at over 35 KOA campgrounds. Just left a negative impression. We have a golden retriever service dog for my wife who is blind and in wheelchair, First all but fully positive experience at at KOA.

Loud: planes, trains, trucks, autos and barking dogs. Just out of curiosity I downloaded a decibel meter and hit 83 decibels at night. Stink: daytime smells like burning garbage and at night someone would have a fire that they would not put out and left smoldering till it filled my camper. Stayed at 3 campgrounds in Salome (3 months) all have problems, this was worse, but hey! IT COST MOST

A little off the main road but this campground is super quiet. Not many amenities near but great for a quick stop over.

The staff here are awesome and make you feel like family. Claen and all amenities worked great. Laundry facilities were fast and easy to use. Will be back for sure

If you use ATVs or any recreation vehicles, this RV site is for you. However, if you don’t, then, this site is not for you! The amenities are fair and that is it! Nothing like this pictured in the brochure online.

Sites too small your right on top of one another. No fire rings or stand alone charcoal grill and most importantly the bathrooms outside are probably the filthiest we’ve ever seen with the amount of HAIR everywhere and dirty.

It was mostly empty when we showed up in late March for a one night layover. Not a lot of shady sites, but we were fortunate to have one. Showers were excellent, everyone was nice, quiet, level gravel spaces and roads, no complaints.

This is a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ KOA RV Park. The park is very well run & maintained. The grounds are very clean.The park has a large hot tub & a heated pool. Like the grounds, the hot tub & pool are very well maintained. Site rent is reasonable with electric billed separately. Rent & electric are $600ish/mo. Our site fit our 40' RV, a 12x12 screen room, fenced area for the dog, and our car. When you combine this park with the rural, peaceful setting it's like hitting a home run. One cool thing is a mountain to the east we call Monster Mountain. From late afternoon thru sunset the monster comes out. Edit 3/4/24 after staying there four months. The wifi is unreliable. I'm staying with 5 stars due to how well the park
