Bathrooms clean, large tent site. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper….very active train tracks day and night. Great location.

Loved the pool? Also the laundry was great! We also had a tree for shade. The help was very good too!

Ok for overnight stay but we were close to the train tracks and the trains ran long into the night.

Only stayed overnight, so could not rate the amenities. The campground was clean and orderly

Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in the desert so not like a city park but clean and neat. The only downside was the hair on the floor in the showers.

This KOA was a pleasant surprise. Great for 1 night stays or several day stays. Would stay there again. The only issue is loss of sleep due to next to an active train line. But this can be handled by taking cheap Walmart sleeping pills.

We were a walk-in and tent pad was overgrown, otherwise it would have been very nice. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly.

Great Staff! KUDOS to ownership for the efforts to cater to clientele & the commitment to upgrade facilities. Seligman IS the ROUTE 66 KOA.

The facilities are old but well maintained. When the wind is from the wrong direction, it smells like a stockyard. Seligman is worth a stop if you’re into Route 66.

short, Route 66 is very cool

The only issue is the railroad track and train that constantly goes by the KOA.

Great stay, easy access from highway. Awesome breakfast at Westside LILO’s with Carrot Cake to-go! Many photo stops along the cute little town.

Very friendly staff. Facilities were clean. Only downside is proximity to train tracks. Even with train noise, I give it two thumbs up.

I had an great stay! The campsite design & branding is modern & fun. The campground is clean, drivable, we’ll organized and easy to get around with a trailer. The facility felt very welcoming, caring & supportive of campers. And I loved the amenities, the pool and laundry facilities. And most importantly the staff was outstanding! Laura (I think that’s her name) was helpful & amazing!!!!

Friendly staff very accommodating nice place

Very straightforward sites, no frills but everything was in good condition and electric pedestals looked new. We had nice shade under a big tree, which was great for the hot days we had while in town. There were a few dead birds on the ground around the picnic table, likely due to the excessive heat. The pool was a nice reprieve, but needed a good clean. Staff was friendly.

Ci siamo fermati qui in tenda durante il nostro on the road ad Agosto 2023.

Spent Memorial Day weekend in one of the 2 bedroom cabins. It was perfect for a family of 4, and could fit even more. Had good AC and heat, had a nice mini fridge and microwave. You have to bring your own linens and pillows, and the bathrooms are about 75 feet from the cabins. It was perfect for a small town weekend getaway I'll be back.
