This is a great place for an overnight stay. It is easy to navigate through the park which is clean and well maintained. The store is well stocked with food, souvenirs and RV accessories.

Very helpful and flexible staff.

Stated they would leave contract on door for late arrival. Contract not there. Selected our own space, then mentioned issue to front desk who stated they had, indeed placed contract on door. OK Who knows? Wind? What was not appreciated was the attitude. Also, grass areas mostly mud.

Our stay at Seligman was short and brief, just a stop along the way of our Journey. The sites were clean and adequately prepared. For a single night stay, it was all that we really needed. Be aware that it is very much a desert. Very little shade or privacy between the sites. The bathrooms were clean but I could only get lukewarm hot water from the shower at best.

Park is convenient to where I wanted to stay. They jam everyone together rather than spread campers out. Spaces are small. Several long term poor condition RV's on site. Some vacant all week. There's a lot of people coming through that are not campers. Filling water tanks, doing laundry, taking showers, or just parking. Doesn't do much for a since of security. Charged fee for early arrival.

It was a great stop over and we would stay again. It needs more trees and time to grow.

Could use some fill and more stone.

Very well maintained. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Nice large spots. The only issue to some would be the amount of trains that go by. It’s very loud but you get used to it.

The campground looked unkept. For a membership campground I expected more. The trains ran day and night. Please make note of that on your website. You advertised wifi...there was no wifi at all .

An enjoyable stay as always. Thank you!

Could be a really nice place but it appears the owners or managers are tired. We thought the trains would be a problem when we saw how close the tracks were but the just roll thru without blowing their horns.

Woman's bathroom has a big crack in the floor. All Shower stall walls and floor are dirty. Found a huge clump of black hair in the first bathroom stall drain. Pool has dirt around the drain. Travel trailer at a site with tarp on one of the windows. Disposable fly trap full of flies left at one of the sites. When the wind blows you can smell dead flies in the trap. Out of order washer/dryer

It's ok if need place to park overnight, facilities are clean except the pool. There is little/no (mostly no) shade or trees, the "grassy" area by your rig is a sparsely weeded area. Noise of trains (you'd be surprised how many trains travel these tracks, it's a lot) wakes you throughout the night (our space was on the tracks side of the park). Can hear trains with both TV & AC running in rig

Why is this place a KOA I looked out my Rv front window to very well used day & all night train tracks less than 1500 feet from our RV. When you pull in there are old RVs parked everywhere and junk is the first thing you see. Let alone this Route 66 thing is overdone and outdated. The town is rundown and so is the areas around the RV park. Shame on KOA for putting their name in this place.

Nice, informal park for a quick overnight stay. The park is older and in need of upgrading. The new owners seem nice and are in the process of making things better. This is not a park for an extended stay, but good for a quick night right on I-40. The interesting town of Seligman and the good restaurants are only 1 mile west of the park.

Awesome experience

This campground is old but reasonably well-kept. Sites are level and there are a few shaded lots. Unfortunately, flies from nearby stockyards/ranches are a constant pest. We arrived two hours before check-in time and were turned away unless we paid a $10 upcharge. This seems petty considering that the site we reserved was empty at the time. We were not allowed to face our neighbor we came with.

Loved the pool? Also the laundry was great! We also had a tree for shade. The help was very good too!

Ok for overnight stay but we were close to the train tracks and the trains ran long into the night.

Only stayed overnight, so could not rate the amenities. The campground was clean and orderly

Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in the desert so not like a city park but clean and neat. The only downside was the hair on the floor in the showers.

This KOA was a pleasant surprise. Great for 1 night stays or several day stays. Would stay there again. The only issue is loss of sleep due to next to an active train line. But this can be handled by taking cheap Walmart sleeping pills.

Great Staff! KUDOS to ownership for the efforts to cater to clientele & the commitment to upgrade facilities. Seligman IS the ROUTE 66 KOA.

The facilities are old but well maintained. When the wind is from the wrong direction, it smells like a stockyard. Seligman is worth a stop if you’re into Route 66.

Ci siamo fermati qui in tenda durante il nostro on the road ad Agosto 2023.

Spent Memorial Day weekend in one of the 2 bedroom cabins. It was perfect for a family of 4, and could fit even more. Had good AC and heat, had a nice mini fridge and microwave. You have to bring your own linens and pillows, and the bathrooms are about 75 feet from the cabins. It was perfect for a small town weekend getaway I'll be back.
