We had a tent site with water & electricity from 9/8-9/11 and it was perfect. The raised platform was a good size for our 4 person tent but I can see how it would limit anyone with a bigger tent so keep that in mind. I called after hours to let the staff that a toilet had flooded the bathroom and they immediately sent someone out to clean up! Amazing service! Will return for sure!

The stay was amazing, the sites could be a little larger i had the privilege to not have very many neighbors but id i did it would have been a bit congested. otherwise no complaints here

Too many tree roots on our campsite ... trip hazard Staff is very nice & helpful. Thanks for the clean bathhouse & speedy repair of the toilet. Appreciated the bath mats in the showers!

We loved our stay at this campground so much in the spring thst we came back again in the fall. They went out of their way to make sure outer children had lots to do. We all had a great time and would most certainly recommend this campground to others! Countryside Acres Homestead

Had a great stay. Asked to change spots because of leveling issues and hookup location. Staff was very accommodating and we moved to a better spot for us. Really liked being able to use a shuttle service to the ferry services to Mackinac Island.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry and bathrooms well maintained and clean. Spacious sites. Hookups and dump sites maintained well and clean. Easy to plan Mackinaw Island trip, bought tickets from the office and quick shuttle pick up/drop off. For us and bikes.

Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. It would have been nice to have a path from the back sites to the bathrooms. They were accommodating with us arriving late which was nice.

It was fantastic! Had a sudden change of plans and arrived 2 days earlier than had planned to. Lynette was fantastic and found me a tent site in the overflow area and I was able to move to a cabin the next day. Staff is so friendly and courteous and super helpful. Third year I’ve stayed there and best yet. I stay at a lot of KOAs, friendly, clean and safe. This KOA raises the bar!

Everything was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our only complaint would be that the Wi-Fi isn't very useful or at least it wasn't at our camp site (#70). Other than that, the stay was great. We will definitely be back some time during next years season. Thanks again for everything.

I like the improvements that have been made at this KOA. Everything is very clean and neat looking. The staff is excellent - so kind and helpful. The only concern I have is about the jump pad. It is over the old pool area and rises like a mountain in the middle. Even with sand around, it looks painful for falls. Other KOA's have jump pads that are low rectangles - much safer.

Very nice friendly staff. Facility well maintained. When an issue occurred affecting all Campers, staff was very good about keeping everyone informed. We had an issue prior to arrival, regarding campsite and reservation, but staff helped us by resolving the problem.

Love our stay, only complaint would be we were on a corner 77, had quite a bit of traffic, so headlights were a bit annoying when we were trying to sleep early.

The bathrooms could use a daily cleaning. I was there for 5days and I don't think it was ever cleaned.

There have been many improvements to this campground; amenities, cleanliness, and extremely kind and friendly staff. I had really good WIFI, too. My only complaint is the pads (gravel sections) could be a bit wider (I couldn't have my tires and bottom of my steps on the gravel) and certainly more level.

The communication from staff was excellent. They notified us via text of events happening nearby, store hours, problems and everything we needed to know. Very accommodating and friendly.

Nice place to stay, clean, quiet, nice bathrooms and showers. The staff is very friendly. I stay 2 times a year with family and friends and have never had a bad stay.

We had a great time. Our rustic campsite with all the trees was wonderful. We liked the dishwashing station and all the drinking water spigots.However the bathrooms could have been cleaner especially the walls and doors. And the store could have had a better stock. But the rest of the campground was clean and the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Many beneficial upgrades have been made. Had minimal issues with the WIFI and the park was full. It would be nicer to have sites that are level, though.

Lovely well kept grounds, variety of activities, great office communication, free shuttle service, good location and access, well spaced sites, combined with April and Kate who were friendly, helpful, thoughtful, kind, and hard working. We had a great and memorable stay! Thank you!

Super friendly staff. Utilities and grounds are well maintained. No problem navigating to, or setting up our 42 ft. 5th wheel on our site. We did disconnect, and still had plenty of parking for our tow vehicle. I need mention there is, many beautiful mature trees as is the case with KOAs Even gooder, our Dish antenna is front roof mounted and though we parked under trees, we were able to hit all three satillites. 🤫 We parked on site 17. Just letting you know 'cause my secret will be safe here on Google. Hey did I mention my wife and I are on our honeymoon to Glacier and Yellowstone national parks? Married just 50 short years ago May 31, 1974. 😁 YES I would do it again. 🤔 Not so sure my wife would though. 😂 Oh!! We full time RV. Be well everyone and God Bless America.

This was one of the best campgrounds we've been to. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful. A maintenance guy even took out trash to the dumpster for us. The lady at the desk made sure we knew about all the free games and activities inside and outside. We had a one year old play on the inflated jumping thing and he loved sliding down it. The bugs were a little bad but they are horrible everywhere right now. The shower houses were clean and water was hot! You won't regret your stay.
