Staff very friendly and attentive. They offer texting and were very responsive and helpful. Nice extras and fun store. Jumping pad was awesome and playground is nice. Caboose could use a nice coat of paint. Pool needs some work and was a little dirty (bugs). Some pool debris can’t be helped. I did not notice the street noise or train noise as others mentioned.

Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. They used email to effectively communicate and they checked us into the closest cabin available to the inclement weather shelter. It was a very pleasant experience.

I've stayed here a few times and it has always been a pleasant stay. Everyone that works here has been nice and I have no complaints about this KOA. I'll probably stay here again on a return trip to see the Arch or do some Route 66 traveling.

They were super accommodating, when an unexpected power outage happened. They allowed us to move to a different cabin. So kind. The best part about this KOA, is the restroom. Always clean!!!

It was great, we stayed in the caboose,it was fun.the bed was very comfortable and the covers were nice and warm. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Stayed in a beautiful cabin, beautiful grounds! Two TVs but living room one didn’t work and WiFi was weak.. other than that great night very wonderful sleep.. loved the quiet and birds I.n the morning!

Nice campground and I love being able to stay in a cabin with my dog. I wish there was a screen door on the cabin - it was hot and not much air circulation was possible with the door shut, especially since one of the windows could not be opened. I also recommend hooks inside the cabin to hang things on. Overall great place to stay.

Great time- everything about this KOA is fantastic- cabin was great, location is very nice, staff is all very friendly and helpful. A great relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

The place I stay in was not clean properly, the air system did not work and had to reach the employees to fix the problem. The room was full of insects, and it look like it has not been properly fumigated way before my stay. I been in other KOA’s and sadly I will not come back to this one. For the price that is being pay the place needed to be taken care off better.

The young lady at the front desk was great help and very nice. The whole place was awesome, my son and his friends loved it. From the bicycles to rent, to the jumping pillow, to the cool cabin. Will definitely be back!

Got asked to leave after an altercation with drunk neighbors .The cabins have holes in them which are stuffed with trash bags and are very dirty got charged a smoking fee when I don't even smoke.

Stayed overnight in a (not so small) small/no restroom cabin. This place is amazing!! There is so much room in the cabins and it was the perfect temperature. It was clean and well lit, and the staff is amazing. They are helpful and answered all the questions I had! I would definitely recommend staying here and will for sure stay again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! We stayed in a Kamping Kabin -- it was clean and lovely. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only drawback to this site was the noise from the highway and surrounding homes. Other than that, we had a great experience!

Loved the cabin. Only issue is that it said that there is cable tv in the cabin. And we didn’t have any. And the 8 channels we did have did not very good signal strength.

FRONT OFFICE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. EMPLOYEES DRIVING ON CARTS COULD USE A LITTLE PR TRAINING. OVERALL WAS A GOOD STAY KIDS WERE SAFE AND ENJOYED THEMSELVES.

We have came here for about 3 years now and we love it! This year sadly the weather wasn't cooperating with us and rained 90 percent of the time. We were not at the site and I called them and they checked on our tent site. The tent was damaged due to weather, but the front desk lady set us up for the night. Very friendly staff and caring people.

Great area to camp! Definitely felt like camping in woods but still close to instate. Only downside still has some interstate sounds mixed with forest sounds! Great location and amenities!
