Staff was ALWAYS cordial and inviting. Went to lengths to see stay was enjoyable. Delivered pizza was good, but in oven too long for our tastes. One suggestion would be to have entrance better illuminated for entry after dark.

Have been to numerous KOAs never any in this shape. From the warnings about driving or parking on the grass as we are parked in a mud puddle because there is barely any gravel. The water spicket bent sideways and nearly impossible to hook up to as handicapped person. The camper next door is permanent and many others as well. Perhaps close off that whole section of 30amp leave for residents...

We have stayed at this KOA a few different times and we like the woodsy feel of the place versus a wide open field feel. However, I have walking issues and the only 30 amp water spots were all located farther away from the restrooms and showers. I wish we could have gotten a full hookup spot that was close but charged the same rate as the 30 amp and water. Other KOAs were more accommodating.

Friendly staff and a clean park! I recommend it for its nice sites with plenty of room. Great location just off I-80.

It was our first time staying at a KOA and we really enjoyed it! The cabin was clean and comfy.The porch swing was an excellent amenity to have. The restrooms and showers were very clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything for the entire stay! Having a 1 year old we weren't sure how'd he do tent camping, so this was a great way to ease him into it. Will definitely stay again!

- Paying $10 for each visiting car was crazy. - too close to some sort of industrial or cement business. That noise started early morning. - staff and host were very friendly

Only stayed one night but was very nice. Campground was well maintained and had some beautiful sites. Arrived late so so the pizza and wings they offered really hit the spot!! Plus they delivered right to our site!!

For an overnight stop the basic kabin, K2, was adequate, with better lighting than most. The mattress cover was cracked, needed to be replaced. Bathrooms were not yet all working and ready for the season. We appreciated the heater on such a cold night. Old picnic table but nice to have it on a brick patio instead of mud. TV and wi-fi functioned well.

Staff very helpful. When traveling we like to be able to go to our campsite when we get to the campground. With not being able to check in until 2:00 is ok. However, if you arrive before that time a $10.00 fee for every hour you are early. You don't get a credit for leaving early. It can be hard to find a place to wait for check in.

Just 1 night, RV space wasn't anything special, close to neighbors but was pretty level and easy hook ups. Shower/lav facilities were OK. Hostess was friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine except for the attitude of the escort, James. He was rude and condisending due to a minor mistake coming in. Not the best welcome commitee, might need some customer service training.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for four nights. No tv without a subscription. We don’t have one. It wasn’t very clean. Spider webs in the shower corners and if you spilled water on the floor it didn’t come up very clean. The bed was horrible!!! I think it’s a hundred years old and you really can’t sleep on it. We spent one night in our way back to Canada. We arrived late and left early, so we didn't see much of the campground. The women restrooms were very clean. We heard the noise from the highway, so the use of earplugs was a good thing.

Beginning with the positives, the check-in process was outstanding, and the staff were amiable. The Wi-Fi was exceptional, supporting even streaming services. The park was well-kept, in line with KOA standards. However, the factor that hindered a five-star rating was the restroom and shower amenities. Despite having over 100 sites, the men's restroom only contains one urinal, two toilets, and three showers, with the women's facilities being similar. Moreover, it would be advisable to invest $150 in new shower heads.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!
