Bobby Flay of The Food NetworkWorld-renowned chef and author, Bobby Flay of The Food Network recently visited Carlsbad KOA with his film crew. He came to visit the park and to check out our own Don Manthei's tasty BBQ! You can see the segment on TV: Saturday, January 29th at 4:00 PM EST. That will be 3:00 Central, 2:00 Mountain Time. The Food Network can be found on DirecTV station 231 and on Dish Network station 110. See local cable listings for your area.

Carlsbad KOA was included in Mr. Flay's Must-Try Southwestern BBQ's, as word had apparently reached him of Don's delicious pecan-smoked meats and our special service of delivering dinners right to our guests' rigs.
