Camping Recipes

Ingredients

• 8 c graham flavored cereal
• 6 c mini marshmallows
• 1-1/2 c milk chocolate chips
• 5 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan with butter or margarine.

Pour the graham cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Melt 5 cups of the mini marshmallows, all of the chocolate chips and the 5 Tablespoons of butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously, as it scorches easily. When the chocolate and marshmallows are melted remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir quickly to coat. Then stir in the final 1 cup of mini marshmallows. Immediately press into the baking sheet using the back of a buttered rubber spatula. Let cool and cut into squares. Store in covered container.
