Camping Recipes

Ingredients

• 3/4 c mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 1 can of chunk chicken
• 1 can of chopped green chilis
• 1 can corn with red and green peppers, drained.

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve with grated cheese and corn chips on top. Very easy, quick salad for those lunches on the road. Optional: keep the canned ingredients in the refrigerator for a cold, quick lunch.
