Ingredients

• 1 package Chicken Sausage fully cooked
• 1 large green, yellow and red pepper, drained
• 1 large sweet onion
• 4- 5 baking potatoes, peeled

Directions

Cut everything up into large bite size pieces. Mix with pepper and garlic salt to taste. Drizzle w/ olive oil (any oil will work). If using campfire to cook make sure there are about 3-4 layers of foil and a little extra oil so everything won't burn or stick. If using oven in RV you can actually spray everything in a baking dish with Pam. Cook until everything is tender.
