Camping Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 can Spam, diced
• 4 medium potatoes, diced
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

Place in hot bag or foil diced spam, potatoes and onion and margarine. Place on grill of hot coals or very small fire. Let cook until potatoes are done, approximately 1/2 hour to 45 minutes turning over occasionally not to burn. When done, open bag or foil and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
