Ingredients

• 1 jalapeno pepper
• 1 medium onion
• 1 can Rotel
• 1 package taco seasoning
• 1 can black beans or 1 bag instant black beans
• 2 packages Chicken of the Sea white chunk chicken
• tortillas
• salsa

Directions

Drain Rotel and mix with diced veggies, chicken and beans in pot. Warm over stove or fire and add taco seasoning. Cook 15 minutes or until veggies are soft. Warm tortillas on lid of pot or over fire in foil. Put chicken mix in tortillas and add salsa.
