Ranch Style Potato Salad

A great camping take-along side-dish from the experts at KOA.

Ingredients

• 8 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
• 1 c chopped celery
• 1/2 c chopped sweet yellow onion
• 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
• 1/2 c mayonnaise
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1/2 c buttermilk
• 1 packet dry Buttermilk Ranch salad dressing mix

Directions

Combine milk, mayonnaise, sour cream and dry ranch seasoning packet in small bowl. Stir until blended. In separate large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and toss. Then pour dressing over and stir to coat well. Chill for 1 hour or more before serving.
