Quick & Easy Hash Browns for the Grill

Ingredients

• 3 c frozen hash browns
• Non-stick cooking spray
• Seasonings of your choice: salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic salt, onion salt etc.

Directions

Spray a 24" piece of aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray. Toss hash browns in a bowl with seasonings. Spread hash browns on foil in a thin layer. Fold over the top and fold edges together to seal. Fold ends up. Cook on grill for about 10 minutes on each side.
