Clearwater / Wells Gray KOAOpen May 1 - October 12 Known as "the waterfall park," Wells Gray Provincial Park boasts more than 250 cascades, including the spectacular Helmcken Falls. Drive there for a terrific photo op or reach it on foot via the Helmcken Brink Trail. You'll find plenty of great trails to hike in this grand wilderness full of wild- flowers and wildlife. Also nearby: river rafting, canoeing, mountain biking, lake cruises and kayaking. Set among pines and shade trees, KOA lies about 6 miles from the park. If you come unequipped for camping, book a Kamping Kabin or a room in the on-site motel. Undo the kinks in the heated pool. Have fun with mini golf, sand volleyball and other games. On Thursdays catch the folk band at the nearby bakery. To view more information on this campground access this campground's independent website.
