Located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, Visalia is one of the oldest cities in California. Rich in smalltown charm, it offers access to big things. You're less than an hour from Sequoia and Kings Canyon national parks. Sequoia has the highest mountain (Mt. Whitney) in the contiguous United States. The area is a paradise for hikers, wildlife-lovers and bird-watchers. This KOA features grassy, shaded pull thru sites, free Wi-Fi, Kamping Kabins, a heated swimming pool, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, a game room and a kids' playground. There is a hall for groups and occasional summer specials like barbecues, movies, pancake breakfasts and ice cream socials.
