Fred had spent a lot of time around people, as a social worker, and focusing on providing good customer service as a manager of a restaurant. He also knew a good opportunity when he saw it, and purchased the campground when it came on the market due to a bankruptcy. Today, Fred takes great care of all of his customers and believes that by doing so, "they'll take care of me." He also takes great pride in his staff, "They have a real commitment to great service!"
