Mesalands Dinosaur Museum

Dinosaur Exhibits - Dinosaurs from entire Mesozoic, especially bronze casts of bones. Included are life-size skeleton (cast) of the Jurassic meat-eater Toroosaurus and the Cretaceous meat-eater Acrocanthosaurus. Field research by Mesalands Community College, which operates in the heart of one of the earth's greatest fossil beds, has already unearthed three previously unknown life species in Quay County. Tuesday thru Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Old Tyme Country Music

Free - Every 4th Saturday of every month, Eastern NM Bluegrass & Old Tyme Music Association at Fairgrounds. Blue Grass and Country with a few others blended in. Great family fun! Pot Luck Supper starts at 5:30 and music starts at 7:00. Musicians invited to set in with the group.
