This KOA is the only campground in Virginia with 1.5 miles of river frontage, a spectacular waterfall and four 6-person hot tubs. Take advantage of tubing, wading and trout and bass fishing in the river, as well as trout and bass fishing in the well-stocked lake. Stop by the Kampers Kafé for a fresh handmade Perky’s Pizza or sandwich. Enjoy the huge pool and a kiddie pool, game room, two playgrounds and 18-hole mini golf course. There’s also free Wi-Fi Internet. Pitch horseshoes, play sand volleyball or cool off under the refreshing waterfall. On summer nights, sing karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays.
This KOA has large, shaded pull thrus and shaded back-ins along the river. Full hookups and cable TV hookups are available. Kamping Kabins with heat/AC also offer cable hookups and porch gliders. See the website at svkoa.net.
