Staff seemed stressed out at the Memorial Holiday weekend. Too bad about the pool, I hope it can be fixed soon.

So pleasant to come into a campground with the little welcoming touches like a freshly raked camp spot. Bathrooms and campgrounds were wonderfully kept. Only downfall is the pool bottom flaking big pieces of paint from being improperly applied so sad as common sense would say it needs to be sandblasted and then paint applied NOT just paint over paint thus creating paint particles all over in watr

Showers and bathrooms were clean. We requested to move to a shaded spot since ours was full sun and two around us were shaded. They were reserved for the following day so they would not let us move. They were still empty when we pulled out the next morning. I understand that when people are reserving for the entire weekend that they be given preference over one nighters but it was only Thurs.

It was short but it is always our first choice when in the area. Always clean, friendly, secure. My wife commented while we were walking around that it is in her top 5 RV parks to stay at. Thank you.

Overall the KOA is cute and has lovely art all over. The dog parks are ok. The sand smelled pretty bad but got the job done. Well kept and clean overall. Biggest complaint would be that there are “quiet hrs” and we were next to two trailers that clearly did not understand that rule. Partied and drank until 1am I called the front to complain but wasnt able to leave a message and no one answered

Our stay was just for one night. Heading home to Colorado. Easy on & off I25. The site was just as clean as it was the other 2 times we stayed. So nice to know what to expect. Staff again was very accommodating. I love that they rake each site. Thanks again!

Pool was advertised as open and it was closed. When we asked questions about the local area the women in the office were nice.

This koa is just ok. It has all the trappings of a koa but it just doesn’t have the feel.

Neighbors did not observe quiet hours. The patio was 21 feet from my trailer door and the next site’s electrical box was in my patio. The entrance parking to check in was backed up on arrival and the two blocking vehicles were sitting empty on the entrance drive for 15 + minutes. There were unleashed dogs running loose in the site area. Office staff were inefficient.

Have yet to meet a KOA that I didn't like! WIFI was excellent. Clean bathrooms. Be sure to try the Brewery!

What a perfect place to stay! Great staff, clean and well maintained facilities, and a great location make this one of my favorite campgrounds in the 4 state area.

The facilities are well kept and clean. The manager was abrasive when our dog put a paw on the grass as we were walking on the sidewalk.

Clean nicely maintained park and facilities. Front desk check in was kind and efficient. Only negative is the speed bump height is a bit too aggressive. Even going at or under 5 mph they are extremely rough.

Very nice! We didn’t stay long enough to take part in much going on because we were headed cross country. We got a pull through so we could keep our tow jeep hooked up, but we didn’t have sewer. A bit pricey. A quaint bar was within walking distance with live music. I loved the decor around the campground.

This was just a one night stay. But it was our 2nd time at this site. The staff is over the top! Our site had been raked clean. Which gives you a good feeling. Our pull through had lots of room. Easy on & off I25. We will be back.

Super clean and well organized RV Park. Decent sized spaces that are swept and raked prior to your arrival. Very friendly folk in the offices and grounds staff. Thanks for a great stay!

RV spot for overnight a bit off of Route 66. Decent dog area, but no frisbee space. Restrooms and facilities good. Astro turf. Brewery and pizza with live entertainment just thru the secret painted secret side door. I think I had the lager. Tasty. Secret (3 times)

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.
