There was a problem with the with the water hook up when we arrived, but the maintenance guy came and fixed it. If he couldn't they were going to move us. to a different site.

Usually 5 stars. The power outage during this past stay made it a rather unenjoyable experience. I know the outage itself was not something management could control; however, it would have been helpful if management had kept us informed, if the pool had been left open for some relief, and the no generator rule enforced -- the fumes if you were parked by someone running a generator were just awful.

The staff was very accommodating and did everything to assure that we would be very satisfied in the campsite that fit our needs. We will see you again next year. �

Our site had a dead tree so no shade. We were supposed to have a patio. We got a worn out piece of Astro turf. You need a water wagon. Very dusty. Sites are very close together. Common areas are well maintained except the large dog run was locked off.

I mistakenly booked, and was charged. Couldn't get a refund because of their 48 hour requirement even though I booked less than 24 hours prior. I tried to explain I was looking at Amarillo and Albuquerque. My husband decided we'd head to Amarillo as it would shorten our time back. Unfortunately, I made a huge mistake and booked at Albuquerque rather than Amarillo. When I called was told no refund.

Motorcycle camping - not all tent sites had water accessible. We don't usually carry garden hoses to connect to in ground spigots. Woman at desk didn't care about predicament & seemed condescending. Really nice camp site. Just not great for motorcycle camping

Everyone was very friendly and helpfull. Everything was clean and well kept. Great place to stay. Walked over to the brewery and had a couple beers and pizza which were great. Also went over and did the tram on Sandia Peak. Great time.

We have been on a five week vacation and have stayed in several KOA campgrounds from OK City to Flagstaff, Bryce Canyon, Pueblo, and back down. I have been very disappointed in most but the KOA in Bernalillo is well above the rest. The staff was extremely nice, the grounds were impeccable, and the location was handy to restaurants and other attractions. Would recommend to any travelers.

They were very nice. They guide people to their site and help them get in. When people leave, a worker immediately comes to rake the site level from tires and jack pads

So pleasant to come into a campground with the little welcoming touches like a freshly raked camp spot. Bathrooms and campgrounds were wonderfully kept. Only downfall is the pool bottom flaking big pieces of paint from being improperly applied so sad as common sense would say it needs to be sandblasted and then paint applied NOT just paint over paint thus creating paint particles all over in watr

Showers and bathrooms were clean. We requested to move to a shaded spot since ours was full sun and two around us were shaded. They were reserved for the following day so they would not let us move. They were still empty when we pulled out the next morning. I understand that when people are reserving for the entire weekend that they be given preference over one nighters but it was only Thurs.

RV spot for overnight a bit off of Route 66. Decent dog area, but no frisbee space. Restrooms and facilities good. Astro turf. Brewery and pizza with live entertainment just thru the secret painted secret side door. I think I had the lager. Tasty. Secret (3 times)

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.
