We used the KOA as our base camp for exploring Bald Eagle State Park and downtown Bellefonte.The deluxe cabin was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Our stay here was great. I was so thankful to find these cabins. My son’s wrestling tournament location was moved to the State College area just 10 days before the tournament and we needed accommodations quickly. It was perfect. Cabins we rented were small but perfect for us and priced great. Bathrooms are very clean and huge. Thanks

We was excited and when arriving the cabin we rented for the weekend, I guess we didn't do our dudiligence to see the size of the cabin or the appliances we had to cook. For the price it's not worth it and the campground area has a rattlesnake problem. I understand there is possibilities of snakes but the time we was there we seen over 8 snakes only going a 2 cabin span up all rattlesnakes.

Comfortable bed and living space. Good value for being so close to Penn State. The staff were awesome and treated well when we had car issues and had to leave our car at our cabin to attend graduation! Only things to mention were that the bunks were just a little short for tall kids (6 ft plus) and the plates were not microwave safe.

We always enjoy staying at this campground and would recommend to anyone. One asap recommendation we would make after this weekend’s experience is to re-do all locks on the bathrooms. There were multiple instances with people in our group and also witnessed other folks thinking that the doors were locked and doors were still able to be opened. It led to a few embarrassments and included kids

My wife and I rented a camping cabin for the weekend. We were late checking in due to traffic but the office made these easy for us and wasn’t an issue. All the facilities were clean and functional. Will definitely be back!

This was my second stay. Love this place. Very nice. Very organized and clean. Great showers. Quiet and love the proximity to Bellefonte where this is great pizza. Nice, too, to see the Amish farm nearby . This is my "go to" stop when I am in the area.

I love staying here. Staff is so nice and helpful. Campground is clean and kept up nicely. I’ve stayed in a campsite and in a cabin. Both were lovely visits.

Friendly staff, I felt secure in camp. One change I might make, to have better signs for cabins numbers at night. It was really hard to find my cabin in the dark. Friendly campers helped me find my cabin. Once in, totally happy with my cabin and bathhouse. Will probably stay again this spring! �

The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. Almost every time that we used the bathrooms there was lots of water all over the floor Almost to the door.

Very disappointed in the water pressure in the kitchen sink. Bathroom was fine. Wound up boiling water in pots on the stove to wash dishes. Expected a full size refrigerator in a DELUXE cabin. Nice to see a hair dryer, soap dispensers, coffee filters, dish rag and towel, but wound up bringing them. Would be nice if those things are listed on the website. Thanks

Nice fully equipped deluxe cabin. Easy to get to from multiple highways. Nice facilities. We also enjoyed area hiking. If you have time take the cave tour at Penns Cave.

Loved the simple cabin we stayed in. The bouncy pillow was a hit with the kids and adults alike. We would have liked to be able to use the pool and splash pad, but they had just closed the week before. Staff were all very nice and professional. Facilities were conveniently located and pretty clean for a campsite. Would love to stay again with the kids when more activities are open.

We tent camped and it was a good location. Pros: Lots of activities for kids like the jump pad, hammocks, bicycle paths, bubbles, crafts etc. Tents are very close to a camp kitchen (basically just two sinks and two gas grills) which made cooking and cleaning convenient. Also close to the showers/bathrooms. General store has a lot of basics including firewood and ice. Fishing hole is small but nice and well stocked. Cons: Lots of poison ivy including at our tent site, at the fishing hole and by the bathrooms. I felt like I was constantly having to tell my daughter to avoid areas. The family bathrooms aren't set up to drain and separate shower water correctly so the floors get very wet and I wish they had some indicator of when they were occupied (you have to just try doors or knock). Some tent sites have more privacy than others. Also, our tent site was mostly gravel, which made walking around in our tent painful because the rocks poked through.

This is an excellent campground and we stay several times a year in our 38 foot MH. The patio sites are very nice. Great amenities and the staff are very friendly. Probably the nicest, most up-to-date bathhouses we've seen. Very unique bike track for the kids, jumping pillow, and pool area (a little small, but very nice). Would definitely recommend staying here. Owners are very friendly and nice as well.
