The monthly rate for 2024 and 2025 is $550.00 per month until October 1. $650 per month from October to December 31. $750 per month for January, February, and March 2025. $650 per month for April until October 1, 2025. Monthly rate plus electricity at $.18 per kwh. Our back area is quiet with lots of trees to make your stay comfortable. Reservations by phone are required along with non-refundable deposit of $100. Only RV's manufactured in 2016 or newer; exceptions may be made by submitting recent photos by email to [email protected]. (Subject to change at any time). Reservations include 2 vehicles and based on double occupancy; additional fees apply for extra vehicles and extra guests over the age of 12.
