Great people, new and updated wifi, only negative is the cable tv. Most times can't get the local channels and many others freeze up and sometimes goes to a blue screen then comes back.But I love this KOA and will keep using it.

The people are very nice. It depends on which site you get on whether you will be satisfied or not. This last site I had was very nice and the location was good. We will definitely return if we are in the area.

The park was very clean and nice. Our kids loved the playground. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was fast (parking and firewood). We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

We always stay on our way south. Nice improvements. Only drawback is patio had an angle. Not good for people with disabilities. Your sites are nice just need to mark sites not good for disabilities. Will stay again just not at that site The skelleys

Bathrooms very nice. Tv reception great. Internet weak. People so very nice. Surroundings just beautiful. We will be back. So happy to hear that you are open all year. Town of Lebanon just beautiful and welcoming. Golden Lamb and Black Stallion tavern so nice. Thank you.

We have been coming here since 2016. The campground is clean and the staff friendly. We have camped there and stayed in the cabins. We already have our next trip booked for this campground. Highly recommended.

It Rained all weekend but your people were out there checking on all campers. They worked very hard to make the weekend great for us. For that reason I will be returning

Stayed at a smaller cabin but it was all we needed for the night because we went to Kings Island. Clean cabin, clean showers/restroom & the staff was super friendly! I definitely want to come back but make sure I have the $ to get a hoodie lol

We went back to this campsite because we were impressed the first time, last fall! The town is gorgeous, absolutely walkable, with the campsite being 4 mins away! We also stayed on both ends of the campsite, and anywhere you park is beautiful!

Have camp at Lebanon Cincinnati NE KOA numerous times over the past 5 years. Campground has always been well kept and the people at the Store and Reservations desk have always been very helpful I got camping reservations for June 2024!

Staff were friendlyband effectient. Layout of park was nice. Facilities were great. Only thing they are.missing is a lake!

This campground was great. Although it is strangely situated in a residential area, the roads were navigable and the sites were level. Very quiet. The hosts were friendly and helpful, for sure. If I was ever in the area I would stay here again.

Nice level spot for our motorhome. The roads to the campground were a bit narrow. Also, the check-in parking was tough.

A lot of confusion when I checked in. I was taken to the wrong cabin. Also: We had to throw out about $200.00 worth of food that the ants got into. Large ants crawling up the kitchen walls and several small ants in our food. We sealed the food. But, somehow they got into it. I normally spray around my own home twice in April and twice in May each year and we never have had problems.

Campground is very clean and well maintained. Even though every spot was taken, it was quiet at night. We enjoyed ourselves. I also left you a 5 star google review.

As far as I am concerned, the one thing that can make or break a campground is the cleanliness of its restrooms and showers, and this KOA does an amazing job. I was very impressed.

My wife and I stayed here while she took a travel nurse assignment! It felt safe, well maintained, and the staff were very helpful. Definitely would recommend and if we are ever in the area again this is where we would stay!

Stayed here for a week while visiting friends in a nearby town.  This is a pleasant campground with friendly work campers at the front desk. Pros: - Accommodated us and put us in the long-term camping area as I need good sleep and quiet environment during day while I work from the RV. - A lot of greenery and trees - Toys for the children including a playground, a jump pad, and pool - Nice little shop Cons: - Speed limit not enforced:  It was nice they put a text reminder out about the campground etiquette and rules (including the speed limit), but without enforcement, there isn't much effect. - Idling diesels: I would encourage management to really emphasize that diesels (or any modified/louder truck or vehicle) really need to adhere to the quite time hours.  In particular, the dude next to us would idle and warm up his diesel for 15 minutes early every morning before going to work.  Additionally, there was another guy down the row in the shorter term camping that was idling and then moving his truck around for at least 45-50 minutes early one weekend morning while he was hitching up to leave, then totally romped on the accelerator to leave. Pretty sure the whole campground woke up for that one. - Garage truck came once at 4:20 AM and then a few days later at 5:30 AM.  Seriously.  This needs to be rescheduled with the company that tends to the dumpsters. - Entryway has pretty significant potholes that need simple repair. - Playground needs new mulch as it's pretty muddy after the rain.  There was mud all over the toys as a result. - Jump pad wasn't ready until the very end of our stay and kids couldn't use it.  It was supposed to be open earlier according to the sign. - Power went out for a few hours one day, but management did a nice job keeping us up-to-date through texts.  Funny enough, people started coming out of their RVs and milling about and socializing.  Come to think of it, this was a positive and probably belongs up top.  🙂. We have a battery backup so I can work 10+ hours without shore power so no big deal. All-in-all was a good stay and we'll definitely be back - just hoping for a little more peace in the mornings upon return.  😉

Stayed in a smaller cabin but perfect location for a Kings Island stay! Even though we had a bathroom in our cabin we had 3 people so we also used the shower and bathroom facilities, which were extremely clean Will definitely stay again!!
