The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to share their RV'ing adventures and life working at a KOA. This KOA has lots of activities scheduled for the kids on special weekends and also keeps adults entertained and involved as well. We will be back in October for one of the Halloween weekends - can't wait!

This was our first visit to South Haven KOA.The water fountain in the pond, the Giant KOA chair for great photo ops & the camp store all very pleasing. The staff was GREAT! Eager to help with1anything to make our visit A+. The playgrounds are so nice & well kept. The pool & splash pad wasn't open yet But looked very nice.The trails could be mulched & weed control on camp site. Everything else 5

Our first time staying in a glamping tent. This KOA glamping tent exceeded all expectations! It had a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. I would highly recommend if you are wanting a true "camping" experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Front start to finish this was the best KOA we have ever experienced. They communication was top tier even when the phone lines went down and we had to find alternative means to communicate. I had to make a last min ( 3 days before check in) change to my reservation and they were amazing. Their interactions with the guests via text about campground info was great. REALLY GREAT CAMPGROUND

This was our very first “glamping” experience. When I say it was magical, that doesn’t say enough! The glamping tent was complete perfection! It was beautiful & had everything we needed to feel at home, but in a tent in nature. From the provided activities, grilling dinner, ice cream by the campfire, to the most glorious rain head style shower, it was the most perfect camping trip ever.

Nice deluxe cabin, perfect for our family (2 adults and 1 child). Our son was thrilled about the bunk beds, the jump pads and he wanted to go into the pool - but it wasn't open yet. Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather so we can enjoy all the amenities.

We rented a cabin for a wedding. It was clean and comfy to be in. We are going to stay again. Also the people were really nice.

We loved everything about our stay! The glamping tent was totally awesome! The staff was friendly and very accommodating! The campground was clean and well-kept! We had a great time! We will definitely be back!

My sister and I really enjoyed the cabin. It was a great way to celebrate her birthday. The staff was so helpful, both on the phone answering all my questions and after we arrived making sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was great having a fridge and microwave, hot shower, and a comfortable place to sleep. I think I prefer this to hotels, to be honest.

My stay was great, cabin was clean, 4 person cabin is small but it had a bathroom and fridge. Bunk beds were perfect kid size but my daughter became sick before we left to party of 4 turned into party of 2, my son ended up snuggling with me. It was chilly both nights, I am not sure if the space heater would have been effective for the main room and bunks as they are separate. I would stay again.

This is a wonderful campground. We enjoyed staying in the clean, comfortable and peaceful deluxe cabin. As always everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful.

SKL5 Up North Kabin is musty. Probably should clean the filter in the a/c - heat unit. Almost left because of the moldy smell in that particular kabin. We've stayed at the other kabins around the pond and they do not have the odor this particular kabin has.

stayed in the glamping tent. It was our second time in one, first was at St. Ignace. It would have been nice to have directions to control the heating/cooling as we couldn't figure it out.

We loved our stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They’ll deliver wood, ice, pizza to your site. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was very clean and had everything you need. It was a good break from our rv. It felt new. Campground is super clean & cared for. There is so much to do, our 4 & 2 yo loved it. New park, gemstone mining, trains, all of it! You’re also 15 mins to the beach.

Wonderful stay, stayed in Cabin, was very clean, everything you could need was their! Lovely friendly hepful staff, grounds well kept. They deliver firewood and pizza to you and have hand dipped ice cream for your sweet tooth! Would definitely recommend

It was a very clean and nice campground. My only complaint is there was no internet connection. In the cabin I could not connect to the internet and the TV did not work at all during the entire stay.

The stay in the deluxe cabin by the fishing pond was great. It was nice being a little secluded as well. We did hear that that pond will be going away next year which is a little disappointing as there were bunches of kids fishing and catching frogs, tadpoles, fish and turtles all weekend!

Always a great stay. The cleanliness of the facilities/lodging and friendliness/helpfulness of the staff always top notch here. Only thing, keep an eye on the glamping tents especially the deck. Had to alert staff due to multiple hornet and wasp nests on site. They really were hidden and the structure seems to be a happy place for those :). Thank you!!

Had a great time! All staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and splash pad were refreshing. Few things that could have been better were bigger TV w/ better wifi or just local TV package of channels and more outlets in cabin and a little bit of extended store hours. Would definitely stay again and recommend though.

Wow, definitely a five star KOA, beautiful grounds, friendly helpful staff, fantastic sites. A place for all, rent a cabin, RV site, tent site, runs for dogs, they have it all

Great campground. Not too far from South Haven and other areas. Sites are spacious but not much shade in the newer part. The trees are planted and growing, so there will be shade at some point. Plenty of activities for the kids as well.

This KOA is one of the best I stayed at. Plenty of camping options whether you tent, RV or cabin, they got you. Dog parks, bathrooms/showers as well as a store on site. They sell ice cream and pizza. They have a nice pool and plenty of activities for the kids. Best of all they, will text you to inform you of all the upcoming events for the day. The staff were very nice and helpful.
