Great place to spend a couple of nights, great staff and level sites

Staff was friendly, the place was clean. Showers were good. It is not as shady as the Mountain View RV park, but it was fine. The pool was clean. There was ice cream! Being on the edge of town it wasn't easy to see the dark sky, but on the plus side, we could hear the high school first football game of the season and all the celebration involved. When we first arrived we were skeptical due to the location and the town surrounding but we decided to make the most of it. We checked in and the young lady told us the pool never closed because it was heated and they had an ice cream social every night and waffles and coffee every morning. So we stayed our entire stay. That lasted one day. No explanation they just closed everything.

Staff was extremely efficient. Extended our stay an additional 2 days over a holiday weekend. Laundry was very very clean. Park was quiet during night and morning times. Would recommend this as a place to stay.

Campground is old and in disrepair. Ugly trailers on site. Pool water was green and dirty. Very disappointed that this is considered a KOA.

Very nice, we enjoyed our stay. Employees very friendly & helpful. Grounds maintenance & trees (half dead) could use some attention. Pavement adjacent to the dump pad slopes away from the concrete pad - should be easy to correct. Complimentary waffles & coffee were appreciated! Overall a good value!

We were put on a 50 amp site instead of 30 amp. Luckily, we had an adapter for 50 to 30 amps to be able to get electricity to work.

Great location to visit Craters of the Moon. Clean park but grass was a little long. Town had decent grocery store and restaurant, and park had food available too.

Although the staff was very friendly, we did not enjoy our stay at this campground whatsoever and wound up canceling our second night, within five minutes of arriving. The campground is surrounded by extremely low class residences, and during the night someone intentionally damaged our truck with a rock. We would go out of our way not to stay at this campground again.

Free waffles every morning, friendly staff and helpful. Clean laundry, nice sitting space. Pool kids seemed to love. Close to Craters of the Moon and the pleasant town of Arco. We really enjoyed our brief stay there!

The young couple who was running the place during my 4 day stay was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay possible. They both are gems!

This was an okay park. It was a journey and not a holiday but I would stay there again. They had free waffles which were very good. There were not many groceries in their store however.

Got to stay in their Air Conditioned 5th wheel trailer. Very comfortable. Nice staff.

We especially liked having waffles in the morning. It gave us a chance to socialize with other travelers. Thank you for making our visit to Craters of the Moon so pleasant.

Nice campground, clean bathrooms and great showers. Had to do some laundry that stop and enjoyed sitting on the comfortable patio next to the laundry room while waiting. Very friendly staff.

Very clean washrooms, laundry and overall campground! We noticed the staff cleaning the kitchen after meal prep times and enjoyed the complimentary homemade waffles each morning. We also loved the ice cream fund raiser for children fighting cancer so they could go to camp. We were greeted by the friendly staff and they made our puppy's stay here welcoming as well. Couldn't ask for better!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the get-togethers and met some new people. The laundry facility is clean and reasonably priced. Our site provided shade, a nice table and a bit of grass. The K9 dog park is one of the nicest and cleanest of the trip. The last two KOA's restored my faith in this brand.

Alan the owner met us and got us checked in. He was leaving and planning to lock up the pool. After a long day in the car all 8 of the kids traveling with us were dying to swim. He let us have the pool as long as we wanted and the kids and parents were so great full. We stayed in the RV on the property for 100$/night. It was beautiful and well appointed. Definitely a place we hope to stay again.

This is a good campground with lots of basic amenities. Some nice extra touches were the free waffles and coffee every morning, ice cream socials, and large rv sites. Other reviewers complained about the neighbors next door but we enjoyed hearing the national anthem every night at sunset.

We rented a luxurious RV. Owner and people who work at the KOA were polite, friendly and helpful. It was our first KOA experience and won’t be our last.

A nice enough campground with lots of benefits such as free waffles and coffee in the morning. It’s a dry and dusty area - so hard to keep the grass looking nice. We would stay here again for a short stay.

The staff members were friendly. The pool water was greenish. The KOA would have ranked higher except that I have a 10 year old and 3 year old and the pool is a big deal to them. I'm sure it's a challenge to maintain pool chemistry in that dusty southwest environment however Green River KOA is in a similar environment and their pool was crystal clear.

Wonderful hosts, great location, clean bathrooms, other nice amenities (pool, free waffles, loaded gift shop/store, movie nights). I've stayed in other KOA's and have never been impressed. We chose this one on short notice because we were exhausted and didn't want to stay in another crummy motel. It's not fancy but its just right, and the price is incredible. Slow down and see Arco! So worth it!

All the hosts here are some of the kindest people you'll meet. They have waffles, ice cream socials, and will make and deliver dinner straight to your campsite. And the prices are reasonable. The campground, pools, and surround facilities are clean. There are showers, a utility sink, and laundry facilities. The neighboring property (named “HONEYS Overpriced Gated Dry Dusty Bumpy Rarely Level Field Camp and Dog Park”) is beyond the KOA's control. There are abandoned trailers and buses on the neighboring property that are spray painted with messages that ask people to join them for the National Anthem (which is more of an order than a request). The fence between the two properties is barbed wire and there are handwritten signs on the other side of the fence that say “Redneck Demilitarized Zone” and “Land Mines in Use”. We stayed in the furthest corner of the tent sites and weren't bothered by anyone. But every morning at 9:00 am, HONEYS plays “Reveille” and at 9:00 pm, they play “Retreat” and IDK if someone is singing into a karaoke machine or if it's a tape deck, but the “Retreat” is followed by “The Star Spangled Banner”. (Like I said, the message spray painted on the surrounding structures is more of an order, not an invitation.) I hesitated to include that because none of that is KOA's fault, but guests should know.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hospitality at the Arco KOA. Prices were great and they had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained.

Had a great stay last night! Booked a tent site but it was extremely windy and decided to get a cabin instead. The hosts and staff were all very friendly and welcoming for me and my dog. Will stay here again for sure!
