The entrance at the road could be widened (move the KOA sign out of the center) and leveled to make it easier to get in and its gated which also could be a bit wider as well. The alternate directions given made it easier not to have to make a UTurn. Spaces are tight and not the most level. It is well maintained and cleaned, and feels secure. A good place to stop for the night or events.

Wonderful. Brought our rig and rented 2 cabins for family. So nice to be situated near each other. Amazingly quiet for being right in the center of a city. Only neg. was one family reported that the cabin was very dusty and at one point the bathroom ran out of hand towels. Thank you!

In the middle of a large and busy Dallas suburb you will find yourselves nestled in between beautiful big trees, great amenities and cared for by wonderful people. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Helpful, friendly and attentive. You could stay there for the entirety of your vacation and never realize you are in the middle of a busy urban area. Its an oasis not to be missed. Thnk yo

Clean and quiet, well- maintained. Rained during the night but no mud or standing water. Did not feel crowded or cramped. �

We were able to secure a spot one night early, after our original plan fell through. Check in was quick and efficient. Great laundry facility and clean showers! I would come ahain

Very Nice staff; busy eclipse time; laundry machine out of order; sites need better upkeep - edge the lawns off the crumbling asphalt roads.

Disappointed some one was not available to open the gate for us. I cannot reach box from the motorhome, and by the time I went down, punched in code and got back into the motorhome the gate was closing. Not sure if you are short on help and but noticed grass was really tall and not trimmed.

Park was nice and clean, and I liked that it felt like a little oasis in the city, but most of the cool amenities advertised on the site weren't available. The bouncy pad wasn't inflated. The pool was a mess of green algae that looked more like a goldfish pond than a pool. And the fact that you had to sign up through a third party system for WiFi was lame.

While the location is pretty good as are the rates this park is not well kept. The trash cans are overflowing, the grass needs cutting, there are electrical wires exposed, sprinklers flood the dog park and even though the pool is closed it looks like a cesspool. The girl who keeps the bathrooms clean does an amazing job. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

Nice campground. Only stayed one night. Nice store with essentials and souvenirs. Laundry room was clean and in working order. Needs a dollar bill changer for after office hours.

Very serviceable campground - convenient and nice layout. Bathrooms could use more attention - never saw them cleaned, including the time listed on the door. Also trash was overflowing and out of toilet paper in stalls. Good kid accomodations.

I'm surprised this is a KOA. By far the worst KOA I've stayed at. The grounds were not kept. Pool was murky green. Even if not being utilized it should be kept clean. The area of town this is in is not good. Very very noisy area. I cannot recommend and would never stay here again.

Nice campground but sites were small. Our site was uneven so not so nice. The entrance is right in town off a 3 lane road so was quite busy. The campground was clean and the laundry was nice.

Nice clean campground but WiFi was zilch because of so many campers. Would also recommend that a sign is put in showers to let people know not to panic when lights go out while showering!

It is a nice place. The tent spot was ok. The grill was dirty and the restrooms needs more attention from the owner. Also the sink on the tent site needs attention.

Nice place. Some lots are a little off level, but most are fine. Convenient location to Globe Life field. And Krispy Kreme is basically across the street!

The campground was nice and not too loud despite being set off a busy main road. My biggest negative is the very difficult entrance....it's definitely not RV friendly and had to curb both the truck and 5th wheel pulling in. I was told this is a common complaint but nothing has been done about it. Our site was central to the amenities however the front end was quite unlevel. Overall nice place

My site was completely level. Just lowered my bigfoot system down to stabilize and I was done. Another pro was location. Everything you could need or want is close by and easy to get to. Even with a 5 star rating I do have a couple of cons. Sites are gravel, cement pads would be nice. A very narrow entrance, I have a 30 ft motorhome so I had no trouble. If I were towing a 30 ft camper the narrow entrance would be challenging with heavier traffic. Staff was friendly and I would definitely stay there again.

We just stayed for 2 nights here and I just wanted to say thank you for this little getaway spot! The pool was closed until memorial weekend which was sad but it was still nice to walk around and play in their playgrounds with my son. The bathroom were clean during our stay and stuff was attentive to trash. I was thinking people would have music playing and be little louder but it was super quiet, not the camping I'm use to but still enjoyed it! So glad there was AC in our cabin and bathrooms were nearby! Will definitely be back, the location is near alot of restaurant and stores in case you don't want to grill or forgot something.
