Reason for 1 star deduction is high price of nightly site fees. While nice place for kids, there is no WiFi. Bathrooms only clean if use immediately after cleaning. LOTS of long timers. Do not recommend for one night stop. Not close to interstate. They do have wonderful lake path for dog walking (camp K9 small and not well groomed). Staff drive around constantly in golf cart creating dust.

Very quite. Great views of mountains, lakes, and trees. Lots of amenities. Downside: WIFI and cable TV were terrible.

Enjoyed our stay at Fort Collins/Lakeside KOA. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative, so we did not get to use the hot tub as much as we wanted. Hopefully the weather is better during our next stay.

While this is a nice campground, EXPENSIVE for what get. Don’t pay for private hot tub site as lots of dead bugs had to clean out and excessive chlorine that entire trailer smelled next day from swimwear. Food truck is frozen microwave food that charge high prices for. No WiFi. Not worth the price. Lake is nice for short walk.

We always enjoy coming to Lakeside KOA. We had auto issues and the manager let us stay at no charge until 12noon to get the truck jumped. Thanks to all on the staff.

Staff is very accommodating, staff where all very pleasant. We loved all the accommodations it's truly enough to keep you busy for a long stay the laundry on sight is clean and affordable and if I was a kid I'd of been on the playground every day! Very nice quite place never had a issue! And the scenery is beautiful. And close to all you could need or want just down the road.

Love this campground but there was so much dog poop all over. I know it’s very hard to get people to clean up after their dogs and there are poop bags and trash cans everywhere, but it was bad. Also I got way too many texts that I had to stop. Overall though, great place!

We had a good stay liked that the employees were nice and friendly and didn’t really bug us like we have been at other koas. One thing that annoyed us is we felt the camping was alittle expensive but than we were being charged for mini golf and other sports when that should have been included. The paddle boat I understand a fee but mini golf is usually included. Also fire pits and fees didn’t

Very nice stay besides the trailer park “Karen” that was behind us. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots to do at this Koa for entertainment and even pizza and wing nights on the weekends.

Outstanding. Honestly the best and most well-maintained KOA we have ever stayed at. The grounds are lovely. The trail around the lake, the boat rentals, the areas for children, and the daily food truck all add a wonderful ambiance. The laundromat is immaculate and the machines are very nice. On top of all of that, the staff is very friendly! We will definitely be back!

By far, one of the best KOAs we have been to. Very clean. Lots to do. The food truck is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

A very large group convened at one cabin and had a large, noisy party with blaring music that lasted after midnight. There was no regard for any other campers. We reported it once and then a storm came over so it went quiet. Once the storm passed the partying continued. Very disappointing experience this time around.

Great Spot! We came late and left early, but the process was easy and the setting is beautiful. Lots of play options around, and boats! Staff talked me into my first annual reward membership and I’ve already booked my Rewards weekend!

Only one bathhouse (5 toilets, only 4 useable due to a broken doorknob) was open in spite of a fully booked site. The 2nd bathhouse was “closed for the winter” (May 11-12). The bathrooms were fairly clean, but could have been much better).

The Staff is fantastic and will do whatever they can to help you. The sites are clean and well taken care of, and there is so many fun activities to particpate in. This is our favorite place to stay when we just want to get awy for a weekend.

We haven’t stayed here for several years. It is much more relaxed and friendly than previous years! The general friendliness and entire atmosphere of the staff is very enjoyable! It is a very busy, well used park so it is understandable that grass is not perfect and there are bare spots at the sites, but when visiting family in the area we will return here!

We were in town for CSU graduation weekend. Met several other parents there for same reason. Had a perimeter spot for the first time and loved it. Service is always amazing and great communication on campground activities ands amenities. We will be back.

We always love it there and the staff is incredible. I sure hope you plan to update the animal paintings around the lake though. I was excited to take my 3-year-old grandson around and there aren't many there anymore. I loved taking my kids around for a scavenger hunt several years ago. Otherwise, this KOA is one of our favorites!

I needed a long term solution for a cancer diagnosis that I was going through. The team at KOA was very respectful and compassionate during a very difficult time. I highly recommend this KOA for anyone who wants a pristine campground with AMAZING staff!

Amenities galore here! Play ground, mini golf, bike rentals, paddle boat rentals, food truck (with delivery) free train rides, crafts for kids, events like bingo and smores, pet friendly, fishing, wood delivery, trash pick up! Only 15 minutes from down town fort collins, Walmart, groceries, gas, etc. Grounds are well kept and beautiful. Lots of wild life and a lake with a walking trail! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and take pride in their jobs. The RV sites are spacious with picnic tables, fire pits at most, and some spots have hot tubs! Tent sites are along the lake and cabins are available to rent as well. Quiet and kinda out in farm country which I love! Great KOA!

The campsite was super clean, lots of bathrooms and very accessible water and power. The tent areas are in a bed of sand, so you don't have to worry about water seeping up in the night! The staff was very friendly and there are TONS of family activities you can do on site as well. (Bounce mat, fishing, mini golf, hangout room with TV and games, pool, playground, and more)
