We didn't see much besides our cabins & the komfort station. I had questions about location related to the event we were coming for so I was grateful for local staff returning my calls and making the reservation process easy. Check-in & out were super easy, even coming in late/leaving early. Quiet campground. We'd stay again.

We had a camping cabin. It would have been nice if the AC had been turned on or at least the two windows open for a cross breeze. It took two hours just to feel comfortable. Otherwise, easy off easy on. Clean.

The Check-in and check out process was seamless.They handled my discount wonderfully over the phone and sent my receipt.However, the cabin was needing a good cleaning.They were cobwebs everywhere.

Driving across this great country, we have been staying at KOA campsites. While the weather was cold and windy we were very cozy in our rustic cabin. BUT.....later in the evening, we experienced a 3 to 4 hour hard rain and hailstorm, with lightning and thunder added to that mix. We were still safe and cozy in our rustic cabin! The following day, the tornadoes came across the plain.

After staying in deluxe cabins in Richfield UT and Denver CO this was a let down. We had our own linens but it was nice at the other ones to not need them, everything provided. Scrubber to wash dishes would have been nice. Sofa bed was un-sittable. No sugar packets for coffee. Worst - small noisy space heater for two rooms and a bathroom that we had to move around the cabin to heat the place.

Cabin was good! Camp ground was quaint and easy to get to. Very trailer friendly! Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner.

We stayed in one of the simple, economical cabins with our dog—and the sandhill cranes outside. We were very comfortable and appreciated the heater to welcome us. Quiet—except for neighbor’s truck idling too early— very clean warm bathrooms, free coffee in the AM! And such friendly hosts. The dog appreciated their treats!

I am so thankful we were able to stay at the Grand Island KOA after a long day of travel! The cabin was very clean and easy to access. The check-in/out process was super easy too. We were able to spend some time in the K9 Kamp; which my pups loved!

Deluxe cabin was nice. Roku TV was hard to use, finally got to some channels. Please provide some simple instructions. The laundramat was subpar, 3 machines were broken. Only had one night to get laundry done, had to wait in line/sit in the room to get an open machine. :-( Also NO ICE on site! Front desk staff very nice! Voicemail box was full, couldn't get through for help.

Super convenient, we will be back again next year. We did have an issue with the water smelling bad so we couldnt use the shower or water in the cabin. But we weren't around a lot and had showers available at the fairgrounds so did not complain. Other than that, great experience and we will be back next year!

Stay at the Grand Island KOA every September and the staff was great. The only reason this is a 4 star vs 5 star is due to no television in the cabin.

We arrived at 12 o clock at night and it was closed and there was absolutely nobody around. We had called earlier in the day to ask if they would be open and said they would but when we got there everything was dark and there was no one around. I would No recommend any KOA to anyone I know.

We’ve stayed at this KOA for several years during state fair. The campground was less tidy than in previous years, not bad but not as well maintained as we’ve seen before. Our cabin was okay but the floors were sticky and the water still smelled of rotten eggs. We had the same foul smelling hot water last year and the office people were aware of the problem.

We have stayed at many KOA'S and this is the absolute worst one ever! We traveled over 8 hours, it was over 90 degrees and your pool is closed??? Very disappointing. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting, the trees need to be trimmed as well as getting rid of the weeds. I felt like we were staying in part of the cornfield that was behind us. Not sure how this can even be listed as a KOA

I stayed here last year and loved my stay in the cabin I was in. There could be some improvements this year: an evening check to be certain the bathrooms are clean at the end of the day, and repair cabin screens in the door. Staff are friendly as always, and we will plan to stay again knowing these issues will be addressed.

We have stayed several times to break up a trip from Iowa to Colorado and have tried every option. Our only issue is the uncomfortable beds in the cabins. Overall we really like the KOA.

Nice location with great shower facilities and clean cabin. The office was closed when we pulled in at 7:30 pm and was still closed when we pulled out at 8:30 am the following morning.

We’ve stayed at the cabins, with bathrooms, for several years and for $170/night it would be nice to have a shower that doesn’t smell like rotting eggs. The shared bathrooms do not smell like this so what is happening in the cabins? Also the ants are real real bad. They need to spray. Ok if you don’t plan to have any food in your cabin.

Arrived 7:45 - office closed. Cabin air conditioning had not been turned on. No hot water in shower at 10 pm. No staff there at 8:32 am when we dropped off the key & a dead bird was on the doorstep.

Very nice campground. We stayed in a cabin that had an outdoor patio set next to the fire pit. Clean with fridge and complimentary coffee and maker in room. The staff was very helpful.

The campground is an older one but they have all the things you need for an overnight stay. It was a nice enough place, I just think the sites need to be a little wider so you're not straddling the neighbors sewer tube to get inside your rv. If you have pets, there are a lot of sticker-type plants that get into the fur on their feet and belly if you're not careful. All in all though, not bad for an overnight. The wifi works decent which is always a plus

A fantastic experience! Our friends recommended KOA to us, and we had never stayed at one before. This one did not disappoint! My favorite part was how wonderful, helpful and welcoming the staff were. The RV sites were amazing pull thru with nice clean and level parking. 100% will stay here, again!
