Pretty place with the bay and beach area. Clean facilities and close to some great places to eat. Also close to the Naval Air Station to see the Blue Angels, and the Oar House!

The property was nice. Dogs was constantly barking continuously. People was leaving animals unattended in campers to which they barked for hours. One lady living in a tent with 2 dogs that barked and barked. It was frustrating.

The people are fabulous. The location is convenient. But the 'resort' itself needs an upgrade. The sites are terribly small. The map shows restrooms that do not exist (yet), and the events planned were canceled via texts, which did not indicate the sender. And there are no street signs. It is very difficult to navigate initially.

Beautiful location on Perdido Bay! We enjoyed watching the dolphins at sunset! The Saturday night music was great.

Overall the campground was extremely nice and the grounds were kept clean and tidy. The views of Perdido Bay made for a memorable stay. We will definitely come back for family outings in the future. The only issues were the neighboring sewer dumps being so close to our “patio” area the cable hookup being closed n the bottom of the box at ground level and not offering WiFi service to guests.

My site was a sandbox. Looks like they used sand (instead of gravel) in muddy areas, so now some sites are covered in sand that gets tracked everywhere in RVs and vehicles. Men's showers could definitely use some work.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Close to things to do in Perdido Key. Rented a kayak, enjoyed their beach. Would definitely stay again.

We thought this was one of the best KOAs we have ever stayed at while on the road! The staff was super friendly and helpful! It is close to North Gulf Shores and Pensacola, so there is lots to see and do! The bathrooms were very nice and kept clean! We highly recommend staying here!!

Wish even in primitive area there was a communal electric Plug-in to charge phones and water hose to wash dishes.

You have a very nice park, we were glad to stay again. The only negative was the poor condition of the wooden deck on our site; J7 I believe. It is borderline dangerous and should be immediately repaired or removed. The new doggie park is nice. Keep up the good work.

Friendly, spacious, accomodating for our extra day, and so nice that it's walking distance to the bay. Saturday evening was fun. Also, the adjoining pizza restaurant was a plus.

Stayed overnight while traveling from FL to AZ. Very nice campground, great location. Staff in office were very friendly. Will probably stop here again on my way back to FL.

Park was nice but roads are narrow and the entrance and exit is so steep we damaged out trailer. There are severe scars on the road and our neighbor had the same issue. Good for smaller rigs.

This is a beautiful campground even without a beach! It is so close to all the amazing White Sand Beaches West Florida has to offer. Close to everything yet quiet and peacefully tucked away in woods. The place is top notch with new bath houses, play areas, with more sites coming soon. The RV sites were separated with beautiful hedges that made for awesome privacy!

On our way home from Texas we stopped here for 2 nights and a “down day”. Love that the grounds are on Perdido Bay. It’s very quiet. Although no concrete pads, the “grassy/gravel” sites are level and spacious. For our site there was a nice aromatic hedge for privacy. Pool is very nice too! We would stay here again for sure!!

Only spent one night. Location is great. Appears to have nice amenities. Arrived 15 minutes prior to closing. Staff was courteous be rushed. Once we reached our assigned site we discovered it wouldn't accommodate our slideout. Staff was gone so we took matters into our own hands and relocated. Both the men's and women's showers are in need of maintenance.

Pros: our spot was lovely (most of the spots were really nice, a couple of smaller ones, but still in pleanty of room). The hosts were friendly and very responsive. We leave ked the proximity of the location for things we wanted to do. The pool area was nice. Cons: the showers were really small (I am a very average sized person/ women's M). Many things were out of order (won't let me list them)

The sites are jammed together with literally no space between. To our dismay and disgust, our picnic table was located 38 inches from our neighbor's dump pipe! We were looking forward to eating outside and having a fire. There was no way that we could comfortably do this. This seems to be a typical setup as our friends had the same experience. Definitely do NOT recommend!!!

Great all around campground. I just had a not up to par site - it was very much not level and a bit muddy and sandy.

Even on a heavy rainy night we were comfortable and did not step out into mud the next morning. The site is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. I will definitely visit again.

Been down there twice. Love it. It's my new San Diego. Plus my husband can fish all he wants... Found a seafood market not tom far away, its wonderful. Not to mention our dog can play in the water..

Grounds were messy, poor grounds keeping. Laundry was bad. 3 of 5 washers were labeled out of order so I used other two, one the coin slot didn’t work and the other did not agitate. Disappointed.

We made our reservations in January 2024 requested sites to be next to one another as we are traveling together share equipment make meals etc. we traveled through Virginia, Tennessee, Texas, Mississippi , Tennesse stayed at KOAs all were very accommodating, helpful and very helpful!! There were two empty sites 11 and12, no one camped there that night. The person checking us in not helpful

stayed in bay view whispering woods site. was told there would be 3 other families coming as we were 1st to arrive. that would have been fine. 2 other familes and a boy scout troop of about 20 people is not fine. not sure if they set up in wrong spot but they didn't show up until 10:30 and were loud as possible until midnight friday night and then got up at 5am very loud.

My children and i stayed in one of the covered wagons. It was amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly. Bathrooms were spotless and the campground was quiet. Beautiful pool!

I loved this KOA! The staff goes above and beyond. Quite little campground with super friendly people. We tent camped and had a private little spot. Beautiful views! Showers were clean.

Awesome place to stay! The staff is always friendly and beyond helpful, the entire place is always spotless, and the amenities are plentiful! Definitely will be back!
