It's great you have a rule posted about quiet time being between 10 pm and 6 am. It's highly unfortunate that nobody is at the campgrounds to enforce it.

I did not like the way the pack the clump the motorhomes together when there are so many empty spots. No code on laundry room door, and very restricted times to do laundry. 9-5 is kind of ridiculous.

We booked a stay for the recent Motorcycle Rally. We have a bunkouse pop-up camper which includes an A/C unit, water hose and porta-potty. We checked in Thurs - Sun. Mgr came to our site Sat morning and told us we had to leave the campground because our camper didn't fill their requirements. We pointed out we'd been there 2 days already but she didn't care one iota about the inconvenience.

The access to Avi was the real prize. WiFi did not work at our site and cell service (Verizon) was pretty bad. Overall will go again, maybe WiFi will work at our site.

The 2024 KOA book says this campground has cable TV. After scanning several times I went to the office. They did away with cable TV. This really pissed me off.

Overall great experience. Loved the access to the Casino/Hotel pool/spa/beach and the discount at golf course. Maybe have larger trash cans. Also the picnic bench at our site (749) needs to be replaced or repairs. Seems like about the collapse sideways. But would like to come back again. Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Sorry I can't remember her name. Thanks

One night stay. Nice size spaces with easy entry/exit. Called for a casino valet service pick-up, but no one ever came.

First thing out of the truck we smelled sewer. Not very inviting. We set up and try to get internet. None! Went to desk and they were not helpful AT ALL. Called the phone number and they could not help.We have dogs so went to dog park and it was flooded. Not many places for people to take their pets. We took them to the large grass area by casino parking lot ..It says no dogs we cleaned up

It was like camping in a wal mart parking lot. Not even a picnic table. But I did feel safe. Those random fireworks were as well.

2nd time staying at Avi KOA. Great site, easy in and out for large RV and trailers. Did not appreciate the dog area sprinklers coming on while I was in the run with my 2 dogs, in the middle of the day. I got soaked without requesting it.

Missed a few things that this KOA did not have Camp fire pit. Bbq grill Also noticed leash law not enforced Areas were clean. Staff was friendly

The pool is to far away and there is no shade trees. I am not a gambler. Probably not stay there again.

your facility is big and nice and huge but your maintenance is not so good your water leaks Cecily at the sites and you have zero dog park or dog friendly mess. I know you have those three little spots over under the trees. It’s all bug infested. it was awful what you really need is in that big area that you have fence it take some of that water you’re wasting plant grass for the dogs to play

There were, II guess full time trailers there that had junk laying around them including one with a washer outside and another with a shredded awning. They make this KOA look junky and make campers feel unsafe.

We like the park, but our assigned space was very hard to get our trailer into following directions from office. We arrived early because we wanted to set up before impending storm, but even though 25 min early, charged 10$ extra. Casino smoke was heavy in places. Moon Shadow rest was excellent as always.

Enjoyed our stay. Our pull through site was a little narrow. We could not fully extend our awning, with our slide extended.

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!
