The campsites were laid out very well allowing for privacy at our site. The site was very roomy. The bathhouses were clean and updated. The campground is located less than a mile from a Blue Ridge Parkway Entrance, so it is convenient to see the sights that the mountains have to offer. A great place to camp and we will definitely be back!

All camp hosts were great. Every encounter made us feel welcome and part of a family. The grounds are clean and mostly level. This location is part our future trips.

very compassionate and understanding folks who let me check in late due to my daughter being in the hospital with a broken back. They even tried to help me with electrical issue, as i forgot my RV cord in a rush to get to my daughter. Nice, quiet and well kept campground. Wish the rain would have stayed away. otherwise a very nice place to stay.

We loved the deluxe cabin, it was very clean and cozy. The front porch and patio area were just what we needed for a relaxing weekend!

Wonderful stay besides the rain. Hosts are very friendly and park is spotless. Looks like a lot of activities in the summer. Beautiful location.

Great campground! The people were so nice, bathrooms and showers very nice and clean! Dog park area was huge! Wish we had more time to spend here. Would definitely go back if in the area again! Thank you!

Tony and Sara were awesome! We were literally greeted as we pulled in and escorted to our site. They were super nice and accommodating from the moment they picked up the phone to saying "good night" on the last check before bed. And, of course, the facilities were immaculate. Kudos to Tony and Sara. Thanks for a great stay.

What more can I say. Perfect. All employees were awesome. Check-in was flawless. Grounds were clean. Restroom facilities were very clean. Campsite was exceptional. My grandsons , 2nd Visit loved it. Great play ground for children.

This Campground was quiet and peaceful, nestled in the hills of Virginia. The facilities were clean. The children’s area was great for them to have fun. Would definitely visit again

Very nice park but they put us in site C1, a prior camp host site next to the well house. It was a little noisy and not as scenic as many in the back. Showers were very clean but a little small. Personnel were VERY friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean campground & bathrooms, lots of outdoor activities. My only dislike is the bathrooms are all located near the cabins, campers and RV's. Those staying in tents (that have no bathroom) had to walk a pretty good distance to use the facilities. During the day that's not too bad, but in the middle of the night - it is. You almost had to head to the bathroom before you needed to go.

Was uninspected. The staff and Owner very understanding with our situation and what had transpired the day before. Every effort was made to make me comfortable including my privacy since the US Rangers needed to stay in contact with myself and husband. Looking forward to staying under better circumstances to be able to enjoy all that's offered and surroundings. Thank you KOA see y'all soon

The 1 female worker was very unprofessional. My husband caught her talking about us negatively to another co worker. She didn’t realize he was sitting in a chair around the corner. They messed up and somehow it was our fault. Her co worker however was excellent and extremely helpful. For off season the prices were high.

This campground is beautiful! Minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway. We will definitely return when we can stay longer than 1 night!!

This is one of our favorite KOA's. We always make it a point to stop here on our travels... mostly for the staff! Tony (the kilted concierge) is such a charming character! We always feel welcome, and we truly admire the magical way the team keeps all the people and pups amicable. It's a truly special place, and even our dogs seem to relax!

We stayed in site B19. The campground is very well maintained and clean. The campground is family and pet friendly and peacefully quiet. The staff are super friendly. This campground is very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and a couple of ATV trails. The camp store is fairly well stocked with the usual items people tend to forget. We have stayed here many times and will be back again.

Staff very nice helpful cabins very clean bathhouse very clean. Well kept atmosphere very friendly dog friendly beautiful lake. Enjoy it very much. Will be back very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA campground everyone was friendly and very helpful. They take pride in the campground. Definitely would recommend it. Beautiful area!

Incredible staff, worked with us thru a minor vehicle repair, and the campground is just beautiful. What was just 2 nights became 6 and we will be returning.
