3 miles east of Mitchell via I-90. Take Riverside Rd Exit 335 1/2 mile north, then 1/4 mile west on paved SD HWY 38. Follow yellow KOA signs from I-90.

Each year on Thursday, The Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo Committee, with the help of the local sheriff, ventures out onto I-90 Interstate to find some unsuspecting tourist to present a gift package! Once they decide on a vehicle, they proceed to pull them over, flashing lights and all, to present them with the gift package.
