They need a second drive or better signage. Hard to get in & out of sites with vehicles parked in road. Staff was great

Everyone was so courteous. We had a crayfish boil for the first time at the park which was nice we didn't have to go out to try it.

Very nice staff. Secure. Ok for an urban setting. Far from downtown. Easy access to levee for biking, jogging.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We loved that they had shuttle services to both the Jazz Fest and downtown.From here we were to head northwest where there was severe weather and they allowed us to stay an extra day to avoid the challenge of the drive. It was also our first back in site, and one of the employees helped to guide us in as if we had done it a 100 times. Thank you!

Nice enough campground, close to New Orleans. Only complaint was the cost of laundry. Had to run the drier twice to dry one load - cost $11.25 for one load!

Even with their remodeling hopefully getting rid of the mold in the showers, we gad a wonderful stay.

I rented a tent site and was unpleasantly surprised that I was on a cement slab with a layer of pebbles. This was poor design. There was no way to stake my bivy. Only a "free-standing" tent works in these spaces. Also, though not required, it would be a nice touch if they had an air pump for pool products or airbeds. I think fewer shower rooms, allowing bigger spaces, would have been more likeable

Great place. Loved it. Dave drove our shuttle into town and gave us all kinds of good info and some coupons to saints n sinners. Great food and the drinks were fantastic.

The staff is friendly the location offers easy access to the French Quarter and other tourist sites. KOA site offers bus rides to different attractions. The new ownership is making many improvements.

We were put on a lot next to a pile of stone totally overgrown with weeks. The site was muddy the stone was probably for our site and road because nothing really on our site and road. Bath house is very nice. People nice.

Hi! Unfortunately, the rez was made online & the site chosen because it is one of our cheapest. We try not to put guests in that area unless they want it, because it is holding construction material for our fence work. We do have signs posted about our work, as we do hurricane repairs. Thanks

Wonderful place to stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Love the shuttle to and from the park to the city. Appreciated it greatly and the drivers, Dave and Greg were so knowledgeable about the city. On top of all that the park was extremely clean and beautiful looking. Will definitely stay here shee as in and recommend it to others.

Except for the flooding when we arrived, the stay was nice & an easy drive into NOLA. The water resided by the next morning so we didn't have to drive back through it to leave our site.

Fourth time here over the last 5 years - & we'll return next year if we can get in. Fantastic KOA - Well taken care of - Clean - Nice people - Helpful - Laundry is excellent - Rec room - Dog park - Shuttle service - Dog walking service, Melody - Can't think of anything negative - Thanks for everything - See you next time.

Great place, nice neighborhood, near enough but not in the city. Very clean and well-maintained campground. Friendly staff as well.

Very happy with our stay. Easy commute to NO. Good location away from busy traffic and hub bub of downtown NO. Park staff were helpful on check in ssisting us into our site. Great stay overall. Thanks, KOA!

Stayed two nights in NOLA on my travels east. Friendly staff, clean well kept grounds, in a relatively quiet area. Staff provided a shuttle for $15 round trip to downtown that included the drivers narration of the important and/or humorous points of interest.

Park is clean. It's a bit noisy yet not too bad. 30 minutes from the French quarter. It was a good central location to explore New Orleans and the surrounding area.

Would recommend to friends and stay here again. Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. Has van service to downtown New Orleans. They can’t help it but aren’t in the most walkable part of town. Close to a paved bicycle path that you ride to downtown but note it is 20 miles +/- round trip.

The staff at this place are fantastic. We were only going to stay a few days but, had to get repairs on my truck. Moriah? and the whole staff where very accommodating to our situation. They made a bad situation great for us. Thank you!

Nice staff, helped me back in my 5W. I really do not care for a mix of residential RV’s and RV’s like me passing through. In most cases KOA is a good stay.

Hi! We appreciate your patronage very much! We do limit our long terms. One whole section of our park that is long terms, are our workers. Because we are so close to some of the best hospitals, we have a lot of people that need long term for medical reasons. We don't turn them away. Thanks!

Very friendly and helpful office staff. Enjoyed having the shuttle available to take us to the French Quarter and enjoyed the shuttle ride which provided good information about the area.

Nice clean spot. Very quiet. Nice to have a shuttle to and from French Quarter. Driver Dave was great. Husband left his phone at Gumbo Soup Restaurant (great BTW). Dave got him back there to get it and home again.

Tight spots, but great to camp so close to the French Quarter! Convenient laundry on site. Daily Shuttle to French Quarter. Great staff! Ready to answer all your questions. Offer tickets for sale to all kinds of local tours. A wealth if knowledge. They really cater to NOLA visitor.

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.
